Limite se 5 pacientes por horario o que é fundamental para recebermos a atençao necessaria.

Tratei ligamento parcialmente rompido, voltei a fazer exercício algumas semanas após o termino do tratamento.

Profissionais excelentes e de altíssima qualidade.
Treinos com foco no esporte que cada cliente pratica.
Ambiente bem legal e agradável. , estacionamento na frente para 2 carros mas é super tranquilo parada rua, bastante vaga.
Acho que os esquipamento de musculação poderiam ser atualizados, hoje em dia existe mais modelos, mais sofisticados e que 1 maquina oferece mais opções. Digo isso pela academia que tenho no meu prédio. Equipamento que consegue fazer mais de um exercício com a mesma maquina. Além do peso, porque muitas vezes preciso colocar carga extra porque o limite é 80kg e para algumas coisas é muito pouco.
Atendimento muito bom, super recomendo. Infelizmente não aceitam o meu plano de saúde, que é Porto Seguro. Mas sei que aceitam outros, poderiam aceitar também, as vezes acabam pegando até mais gente, ganhando assim no volume de gente que frequenta.

I think the fitness equipment could be updated, nowadays there are more models, more sophisticated and that 1 machine offers more options. I say this for the gym I have in my building. Equipment that can do more than one exercise with the same machine. In addition to the weight, because I often need to put extra load because the limit is 80kg and for some things it's too little.
Very good service, I highly recommend. Unfortunately they don't accept my health plan, which is Porto Seguro. But I know that they accept others, they could accept it too, sometimes they end up getting even more people, thus gaining in the volume of people who attend.
