- boa estrutura: equipamentos, espaço físico, banheiros grandes e apropriados pra tomar um banho e se arrumar pra ir direto pro trabalho ou outro compromisso
- ar condicionado ?? (fundamental nessa cidade com as 4 estações de calor). Inclusive, a academia utiliza energia de placas solares.
- planos com valores razoáveis
- funcionários educados, atenciosos e cordiais
- permissão para treinar com personal de fora sem cobrança de taxas abusivas (como outras academias mais conhecidas fazem).
Única desvantagem é que não tem estacionamento, mas tem um supermercado próximo que sempre estaciono e faço umas comprinhas depois. Então dá tudo certo.
Recomendo pra quem mora próximo ???
I found what I was looking for in a gym there:
- good structure: equipment, physical space, large and appropriate bathrooms to take a shower and get ready to go straight to work or other commitments
- air conditioning ?? (essential in this city with 4 heat stations). Even the gym uses energy from solar panels.
- plans with reasonable values
- polite, attentive and friendly staff
- Permission to train with outside personnel without charging abusive fees (as other well-known gyms do).
The only downside is that there is no parking, but there is a supermarket nearby that I always park and do some shopping afterwards. Then it all works out.
Recommend to anyone who lives nearby ???
