★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com essa farmácia foi péssima. Faço aqui meu relato para que outros pais de pets não passem pela mesma situação.Efetuei o pedido de medicamento no sábado dia 12/11. A atendente me informou que o produto seria entregue, por Sedex,apenas no dia 17/11, em razão do feriado de segunda ( 15/11). Ocorreu que ontem uma atendente ligou avisando que "os Correios devolveram o produto, sob a alegação de CEP incorreto " o que não procede pois o CEP consta no site dos próprios Correios, conforme print de tela encaminhado à farmácia . Sem muitas informações e sem querer admitir o equívoco de algum funcionário, essa farmácia apenas se manifestou informando outro prazo pra entrega, que agora será de 3 dias úteis!!! A situação da minha cachorrinha piorou com a demora do início do tratamento, o que levou a veterinária prescrever outro medicamento pra ser adquirido em farmácia comum, então quando o medicamento chegar, não será mais necessário . Diante dessa prestação serviço ruim, não aconselho essa Fórmula Animal a ninguém .
My experience with this pharmacy was terrible. Here's my report so that other parents of pets don't go through the same situation. I ordered medication on Saturday, 11/12. The attendant informed me that the product would be delivered, by Sedex, only on 11/17, due to the Monday holiday (11/15). It happened that yesterday, an attendant called saying that "the Post Office returned the product, under the allegation of incorrect zip code" which does not apply because the zip code is on the Correios' website, according to the screen print sent to the pharmacy. Without a lot of information and without wanting to admit the mistake of some employee, this pharmacy only expressed itself informing another deadline for delivery, which will now be 3 working days!!! My dog's situation got worse with the delay in starting the treatment, which led the veterinarian to prescribe another medicine to be purchased at a regular pharmacy, so when the medicine arrives, it will no longer be necessary. In view of this poor service, I do not recommend this Animal Formula to anyone.

Me explicaram muito bem que a aceitabilidade do gato é mais baixa para o biscoito , mas que fizeram exatamente como estava prescrito pelo veterinário.
Como suporte de um momento difícil com meu gato , me ofertaram uma solução muito mais confortável para mim e para meu gato.
Estou imensamente feliz e grata! Não apenas por ter tudo sido resolvido, mas por saber que tem uma gestão que realmente se importa !

They explained very well to me that the cat's acceptability is lower for the biscuit, but they did it exactly as prescribed by the vet.
In support of a difficult time with my cat, I was offered a much more comfortable solution for myself and my cat.
I am immensely happy and grateful! Not just because everything was resolved, but because I know that there is a management that really cares!
Personal service, as by whatsapp is great, a lot of sympathy!!
