I like Fornitura's service and attention, although they couldn't solve a problem I had with a wall clock I bought there and it gave me a problem and they didn't solve it and I was embarrassed.

Praticamente humilhado por este rapaz, sendo que vim de outra cidade e cheguei 3 minutos após o fechamento da loja, que ainda estava aberta. Eu pedi p ele me atender e ele começou a gritar sem chances, sem chances...me encarando com olhar de desafio. Se fosse mais novo teria partido p briga, pq fui ofendido e humilhado. Minha companheira saiu inconformada e triste.
I was badly mistreated by an employee with bleached and tattooed hair. Practically humiliated by this boy, I came from another city and arrived 3 minutes after the store was closed, which was still open. I asked him to answer it and he started screaming without chances, without chances ... staring at me with a defiant look. If I was younger I would have gone to fight, because I was offended and humiliated. My companion left unhappy and sad.

Service ok. I took 3 watches to change the battery and when I asked to take them already separated to do the cheapest service, they didn't let me. However the service was done normally
