Sugiro só pagar depois que tiver a nota fiscal em maos. Nao dá pra confiar. Trocaram a bateria do meu relogio, mas avisaram que o relogio estava com um problema que estava drenando a bateria, entao que o conserto nao iria durar muito tempo e que eu nao poderia reclamar depois. Coincidentemente, nao me deram nota fiscal (enrolaram com a velha historia de enviar por email, mesmo eu tendo pedido novamente por telefone dias depois). Em poucos dias a bateria acabou. Levei em outra relojoaria que trocou novamente e está funcionando até hoje.
I suggest paying only after you have the invoice in hand. I can't trust. They changed my watch battery, but warned that the watch had a problem that was draining the battery, so the repair wouldn't last long and I couldn't complain later. Coincidentally, they didn't give me an invoice (they rolled up the old story of emailing, even though I asked again by phone a few days later). In a few days the battery ran out. I took it in another watch shop that changed again and is still working today.

Chequei na loja as 21:40 hs para trocar a bateria de um relógio e a atendente disse que não ia dar tempo?? E pediu para que eu deixasse o relógio e ir buscar no outro dia ?NÃO volto mais e não recomendo ??
I checked in at the store at 9:40 pm to change the battery for a watch and the clerk said there would be no time ?? And asked me to leave the watch and pick it up the next day ? I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend it ??

Péssima! Levei um relógio caro para troca a bateria que durou menos de 30 dias. Levei lá novamente e levaram 4 dias para avaliarem o problema, se era bateria ou do maquinário. Disseram que os ponteiros estavam enroscando. Passou 1 semana e o relógio parou de novo???? Liguei e disseram para deixar mais tempo lá e assim verificarem o problema. Por favo né???? NÃO RECOMENDO!
Too bad! I took an expensive watch to exchange the battery that lasted less than 30 days. I took it there again and it took 4 days to evaluate the problem, whether it was battery or machinery. They said the hands were twisting. A week went by and the clock stopped again ???? I called and told to leave more time there and so check the problem. Please, right? I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Péssimo atendimento, atendentes nem se quer olham na sua cara, são grossas e o moço que conserta também é bem grosso. Não recomendo nem pro meu pior inimigo...
Bad service, attendants don't even look you in the face, they're thick and the guy who fixes it is also pretty thick. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy...

Péssimo atendimento! Demoraram mais de 45 minutos pra fazer uma simples troca de bateria. Fiquei o tempo inteiro aguardando em frente a loja, de pé e observando todo o movimento dali. Durante os primeiros 5 minutos, os dois atendentes e o rolojoeiro ficaram apenas conversando, enquanto uma pilha de relógios aguardavam para manutenção em cima do balcão. Cena essa que se repetiu por mais algumas vezes. Quando questionei o porquê da demora, sendo que ficaram apenas conversando em alguns momentos, me disseram que não poderiam iniciar a troca de uma bateria enquanto o relógio que passou por manutenção anteriormente não terminasse de ser testado (dentro de uma máquina que aparentemente não necessita de intervenção manual e constante do relojoeiro, haja vista que que durante os momentos de conversa também gesticulavam muito com as mãos). Considerei uma desculpa completamente esfarrapada e incondizente com quem trabalha com atendimento ao público. Não recomendo!!
Terrible attendance! It took over 45 minutes to make a simple battery change. I spent the entire time waiting in front of the store, standing and watching all the movement from there. During the first 5 minutes, the two attendants and the roljoeiro were just talking, while a pile of watches waited for maintenance on the counter. This scene was repeated for a few more times. When I questioned the reason for the delay, since they were only talking for a few moments, they told me that they could not start replacing a battery until the watch that had been previously serviced had finished testing (inside a machine that apparently does not need to be replaced). manual and constant intervention by the watchmaker, since during the moments of conversation they also gesticulated a lot with their hands). I considered a completely lame and unconditional excuse with those who work with public service. I do not recommend!!

Procurei a Fornitura para fazer a troca da tela de um relógio Smart Samsung Sport. Desde o primeiro atendimento, todos foram muito dedicados, fui tratado com muito respeito e atenção. Passaram o orçamento e pediram 12 dias para executar o serviço. Fizeram tudo dentro do prazo! Fui a loja no 15° dia para buscar o aparelho, ele estava pronto e funcionando, com a tela nova instalada. A tela antiga havia ficado ruim porque entrou água de piscina, quando fizeram a abertura da máquina perceberam que havia oxidação no sistema interno (corpo eletrônico do relógio). Apesar de estar funcionando, por cuidado, pediram para que o relógio ficasse em observação. Houve a necessidade de limpar toda essa oxidação do sistema, eles abriram novamente a máquina (sempre me mantendo informado de tudo!), fizeram a limpeza e remontagem, ficou PERFEITO!! Não cobraram nada mais por isso!! Sra. Vilma (gente boa demais!) me ligou quando estava pronto e vistoriado, para que eu buscasse o relógio. Como já disse, o orçamento inicial foi mantido, preço justo e, ainda, parcelaram em 3x sem juros no cartão de crédito! Minha experiência com a Fornitura, Vilma e toda a equipe foi excelente! Recomendo e agradeço! Ganharam um cliente e amigo. Um abraço a todos!
I looked for Fornitura to change the screen of a Smart Samsung Sport watch. From the first visit, everyone was very dedicated, I was treated with great respect and attention. They passed the budget and asked for 12 days to perform the service. They did everything on time! I went to the store on the 15th day to get the device, it was ready and working, with the new screen installed. The old screen had gone bad because water from the pool had entered, when they opened the machine they realized that there was oxidation in the internal system (electronic body of the watch). Although it was working, out of care, they asked that the watch be kept under observation. There was a need to clean all this oxidation from the system, they opened the machine again (always keeping me informed of everything!), they cleaned and reassembled it, it was PERFECT!! They didn't charge anything more for it!! Mrs. Vilma (very nice people!) called me when it was ready and inspected, so I could get the watch. As I said, the initial budget was maintained, the price was fair and they even paid in 3 installments without interest on the credit card! My experience with Fornitura, Vilma and the whole team was excellent! I recommend and thank you! They gained a client and friend. A hug to everyone!
