★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu Split Fujitsu Inverter parou, e a equipe da empresa diagnosticou ser problema na placa, levaram para correção no laboratório e com 48 horas vieram coloca-la novamente. Ficou muito bom. Inclusive acabei realizando a limpeza preventiva. Ficou muito bom! Obrigado

Contratamos para uma limpeza de ar condicionado e no dia seguinte Apresentou um vazamento, ligamos e eles disseram que ia mandar uma pessoa para consertar, mas não vieram. Estamos constantemente ligando e eles não atende mais as nossas ligações, e ainda desliga o telefone na sua cara.
Enfim não contratem essa empresa, pessoal não tem compromisso com atendimento ao cliente e nem cumpre garantia, não sei porque ainda gastam dinheiro com anúncios na internet.
Do not hire this company, totally unprofessional personnel.
We hired an air conditioner to clean it and the next day it had a leak, we called and they said they were going to send someone to fix it, but they didn't come. We are constantly calling and they no longer answer our calls, and we still hang up on you.
Anyway do not hire this company, staff is not committed to customer service and does not comply with the guarantee, I do not know why they still spend money on internet ads.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes de fechar o orçamento, peçam o nome da peça que será substituída, pesquisem o preço na internet e observem quanto o valor cobrado de mão de obra está excessivamente caro.
Paguei muito caro para resolver um problema urgente, mas não faço mais serviço com eles nem indicarei. Troca de capacitor para split de 9.000 paguei 150 (valor da peça entre 30 e 50, tempo de troca 1min); conserto da placa 280 (placa nova 130...). E cobrem a nota fiscal sempre!
Before closing the budget, ask for the name of the part that will be replaced, research the price on the internet and observe how much the amount charged for labor is excessively expensive.
I paid very dearly to solve an urgent problem, but I no longer do service with them nor will I recommend it. Capacitor exchange for 9,000 split I paid 150 (piece value between 30 and 50, exchange time 1min); 280 board repair (new 130 board...). And they cover the invoice always!
