★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Desumanizado! Parece um cenário de guerra! Pessoas em macas em todos os setores! Muros e guardas tentando esconder a situação! Minha sogra até a foi atendida logo, tomando a medicação e amenizando suas dores mas foi encaminhada para especialista. Esperamos de 05:00 até 16:30 pra aparecer um neurologista. Pra chegar lá e não esclarecer nada da tomografia q a Dra. nos fez medo dizendo q havia algo anormal. Neuro fez muitas perguntas foi embora e não apareceu mais. Quem deu a resposta final foi outro médico da emergência q aparentava perdido, não sabia nem onde estava os papéis. No final ninguém do hospital queria dar uma simples declaração de acompanhamento pois eles não pegam nome do acompanhante na emergência. Graças ao médico q realizou o atendimento final me deu a declaração sem nenhum problema! Tivemos q pagar particular pra tirar as dúvidas q o HGF deixou!
Dehumanized Service! It looks like a war scenario! People on stretchers in all sectors! Walls and guards trying to hide the situation! My mother-in-law was even seen right away, taking the medication and easing her pains, but she was referred to a specialist. We wait from 5:00 am until 4:30 pm for a neurologist to appear. To get there and not clarify anything about the tomography q the Doctor made us afraid saying that there was something abnormal. Neuro asked a lot of questions and left and never came. Who gave the final answer was another emergency doctor who seemed lost, did not even know where the papers were. In the end, nobody at the hospital wanted to give a simple statement of accompaniment because they do not take the companion's name in the emergency. Thanks to the doctor who performed the final care he gave me the statement without any problem! We had to pay private to clear up the doubts the HGF left!
