★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram uma palhaçada sem tamanho com a minha família! Tomem cuidado! Depois de assinar e pegar o aluguel antecipado eles ligam e falam que não vão mais locar o imóvel! Eu ligo lá e eles inventam mil desculpas para nao passar a ligação para o responsável! Isso tudo com 7 dias para entrarmos no imóvel!
They made a no-nonsense joke with my family! Be careful! After signing and getting the advance rent they call and say they will no longer rent the property! I call there and they make up a thousand excuses for not passing the call on to the person in charge! All this with 7 days to enter the property!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, zero profissionalismo e sem compromisso com quem quer alugar uma casa... Eles dizem que aceitam fiador, mas, quando você chega com todos os documentos certos do fiador, eles recusam, oferecendo a opção de pagar aluguel caução e mesmo eu preferindo fiador, eles não aceitam. Me enrolaram duas semanas com meus documentos na imobiliaria, eu ligava e nada de resposta até eu ir pegar meus documentos. Não recomendo pra ninguem o serviço dessa imobiliária!
Lousy service, zero professionalism and no commitment to anyone who wants to rent a house ... They say they accept guarantor, but when you arrive with all the right documents from the guarantor, they refuse, offering the option of paying rent security and even I prefer guarantor, they do not accept. They took me two weeks with my documents in the real estate, I called and there was no answer until I went to get my documents. I do not recommend the service of this real estate to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não cumprem com o que está no contrato, não resolvem as questões junto ao locatário, os proprietários dizem que até em casa de rico tem problema, imagina em casa de aluguel como se não estivessem recebendo por isso. Cuidado ao fecharem negócio, registrem tudo para que possam ter respaldo no futuro.
Terrible service, they do not comply with what is in the contract, they do not resolve the issues with the tenant, the owners say that even in rich people's houses there is a problem, imagine in a rental house as if they were not being paid for it. Be careful when closing a deal, record everything so they can have support in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE VOCÊ ESTÁ PROCURANDO UM IMÓVEL OU PENSA EM ALUGAR UM, FUJA DESTA IMOBILIÁRIA!!!! A PIOR EXPERIÊNCIA QUE JÁ TIVE EM LOCAÇÃO.
Atendimento péssimo, não fazem a menor questão de contribuir para a relação do locador com o proprietário. Não ajudam em nada, absolutamente nada. Teve um problema no imóvel? Já era....! Se você precisar de qualquer coisa, a mínima que seja, você estará ferrado. Será um inferno na sua vida.
Não possuem conta bancária para depósito do aluguel - você tem que deslocar até a imobiliária para pagar (e carregar o valor em espécie ou cheque) - que ano é hoje? Não aceitam nem PIX.
Barretos tem muitas outras imobiliárias, que são bem melhores (digo como locador e locatário!). Não arrume dor de cabeça para sua vida!
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY OR THINKING ABOUT RENTING ONE, ESCAPE THIS PROPERTY!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD IN LEASING.
Terrible service, they don't even care to contribute to the lessor's relationship with the owner. They don't help at all, absolutely nothing. Had a problem with the property? It's over....! If you need anything, even the slightest bit, you're screwed. It will be hell in your life.
They don't have a bank account to deposit the rent - you have to go to the real estate agency to pay (and charge the amount in cash or check) - what year is it today? They don't even accept PIX.
Barretos has many other real estate agencies, which are much better (I mean lessor and lessee!). Don't get a headache for your life!
