★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então minha experiência não foi boa pq levei para trocar o falante do meu moto z2 force a primeira vez que fui retirar o falante de mau qualidade e a tela toda descolada , retornei lá para fazer a troca , eles trocaram o falante do aparelho que continua ruim e pra piorar zuou a tela acabei desistindo de retornar melhor procurar um lugar profissional para arrumar só que agora vou ter que pagar mais caro pq tem a tela para arrumar
So my experience was not good because I took to change the speaker of my moto z2 force the first time I went to remove the bad quality speaker and the whole screen was cool, I returned there to make the change, they changed the device speaker that is still bad and to make matters worse zuou the screen I ended up giving up to return better looking for a professional place to fix it but now I will have to pay more expensive because it has the screen to fix

Deixei meu celular lá pra TROCAR A BATERIA e o celular retornou desligando sozinho, com problemas de conexão sem fio e pior, a bateria que antes estava viciada, CONTINUA VICIADA!! Eles nem se quer me devolveram a anterior, só descartaram e possivelmente colocaram uma não original no meu aparelho. Já tive que retornar lá 3 vezes e nunca resolvem meu problema, muito pelo contrário, tentam me enrolar o máximo possível, dizem que não tem nada com meu aparelho mesmo eu explicando todos os problemas. Ah, sem contar que a bateria sempre escapa do lugar onde ela fica (bateria embutida que nunca sai do lugar fica dançando no meu dispositivo) e eles colocaram um DUREX dentro como se isso fosse resolver completamente meu problema!
Se alguém estiver disposto a perder tempo, dinheiro e principalmente paciência, recomendo este lugar.
Very bad, very bad! I left my phone there to CHANGE THE BATTERY and returned the phone off alone, with connection problems wireless and worse, the battery was previously addicted, STILL ADDICTED !! They don't even give me back the previous one, they just discarded it and possibly put a non-original one on my device. Already had to return there 3 times and never solve my problem, on the contrary, try to curl up as much as possible, they say it has nothing with my device even though I explaining all the problems. Oh, not to mention that the battery always escapes from the place where it is (built-in battery that never goes out of the place is dancing on my device) and they put a DUREX inside as if it were completely solve my problem!
If anyone is willing to waste time, money and especially patience, I recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestidade e rapidez. Deixei o celular lá com o orçamento para trocar a tela. Quando retornei, 20 min depois, o serviço estava pronto. E o melhor, me cobraram apenas o valor da mão de obra porque era só o conector que estava desencaixado.
Isso deveria ser normal, mas sabemos que na realidade não é assim. Por isso acredito que devemos valorizar e salientar atitudes como essas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não concertem seu celular nessa assistência. Além da falta de educação e de respeito com o consumidor, eles usam peças não original de baixa qualidade. Usei um celular Moto Z por 2 anos e nunca tive problemas com ele, a não ser com a bateria que havia perdido a capacidade de carga, o que é normal. Então levei meu aparelho para trocar a bateria. Depois de 1 mês da troca da bateria. a Tela do meu celular apagou (não quebrou nem trincou, só apagou), então levei o celular lá e falaram que a tela tinha quebrado e que teria que comprar uma tela nova. Informei que o celular nunca havia apresentado nenhum problema e somente apresentou depois de terem aberto o aparelho para trocar a bateria, mas, engrossaram comigo e faram que não havia maneira de eles (como especialistas no assunto) terem quebrado o cabo flat que conecta o celular com o vídeo. Mesmo com isso, eu me sujeitei a pagar mais 450 em uma tela nova e original, segundo eles e que por problema de colagem, tive que ir varias vezes na loja tentar buscar o celular, mas, a tela estava sempre com excesso de cola nas laterias e mau colada. Depois desse tempo entregaram o celular e usei ele por dois meses quando apareceu um risco amarelo de ponta a ponta na tela. Conclusão, o celular ainda estava na garantia da troca de tela, levei ele lá, mas, o "técnico" que me atendeu, falou de primeira, assim: "Quando você deixou esse celular cair ?"isso ai é queda e pode levar na autorizada que eles vão falar que o problema é queda. Eu perguntei então, para que eu tenho garantia e ele disse que para isso não tem, então eu engrossei e falei que ia atras dos meus direitos e ele falou me desdenhando vai então e pior de tudo, eu ainda voltei na loja perguntando se era isso mesmo e ele na frente do meu filho e outros clientes no momento, falou: "Eu falei para você deixar o celular ai para ver o fornecedor trocava e você não quis". Pena que meu filho é de menor e não pode ser testemunha do que ele havia falado antes, mas, ele mentiu descaradamente. Bom conclusão, estou alertando outras consumidores como eu, para que não caiam nessa furada e estou tomando as medidas cabíveis para resolver meu problema. Sinceramente, não é nem pelo custo do serviço que alem de tudo estava mais caro que a concorrência e nem quero o serviço deles novamente, mas, foi pela falta de educação e respeito pelo cliente que eles tiveram. Espero poder ter ajudado a todos e aberto os olhos deles, pois eles dependem dos consumidores para continuar trabalhando.
