Meu envolvi num acidente e meu carro precisou ser levado para um galpão deles, no período que esteve lá, foi furtado várias peças do meu veículo, quando me foi devolvido, relatei as peças faltantes e já se passou quase um mês e ninguém me passa um posicionamento exato. Falei com o Daniel do setor de eventos, que passou para o Marcelo do setor de regulação, esse último, só me atende quando quer.
Uma total falta de consideração com o usuário.
Tive que fazer um boletim de ocorrência de furto das peças, quem sabe assim, dão conta.
NÃO RECOMENDO!

Por duas vezes tinha me deixaram na mão quando precisei de reboque e pra completar veio a última agora qdo me envolvi num acidente de capotamento eles mandaram o reboque automaticamente enviaram um pessoal deles de moto, tiraram várias fotos. E agora qdo passo meu CPF pra saber como prosseguir com sinistro ele falam q eu preciso fazer um revistoria no veículo! EMPRESA DE MERDAAAAAAAAAAAA , NÃO CAÍAM EM PEGADINHA DELES
