Problema começa já no telefone, te falam um valor pelo telefone e depois quando você já está com a mão na massa te passa outro valor do que foi acordado.
Sem cuidado nenhum com teu carro, pessoal adora ficar encostando (inclusive o que parece ser filho do dono da loja).
Sem ferramentas decentes, algumas coisas chega ser no improviso.
Tive problema com o serviço e precisei retornar e resumindo fiquei quase 4 horas lá, onde fui largado algumas vezes para poderem darem atenção a outros clientes que iam chegando e deixaram meu carro lá aberto, fora que o problema já estava resolvido quando o filho do dono pediu para que o técnico deixasse ele finalizar e fosse para outro carro, resultado o problema voltou e sai de lá com o mesmo problema já sem tempo para resolver naquele dia.
Se quiser passar raiva, você está no lugar certo.

Problem starts right on the phone, they tell you a value over the phone and then when you are already hands-on, they give you another value of what was agreed upon.
With no care whatsoever for your car, people love to pull over (including what appears to be the shop owner's son).
Without decent tools, some things can be improvised.
I had a problem with the service and had to return and in short I spent almost 4 hours there, where I was dropped off a few times to be able to pay attention to other customers who were arriving and left my car open there, besides the problem was already solved when the owner's son he asked the technician to let him finish and go to another car, the result was that the problem came back and he left there with the same problem, with no time to solve that day.
If you want to be angry, you are in the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência neste lugar foi péssima, a loja coloca ajudantes para fazer trabalho de técnico, aplica materiais impróprios nas instalações, quebraram dobradica do porta luvas. Estive lá na segunda vez para reclamar da instalação inicial, utilizaram cabos de 3 metros para fazer ligações com distância de 20 centímetros. Loja muito pequena que não comporta sua presença durante a instalação, principalmente durante o Covid. Se fizer algum trabalho lá não desgrude do instalador, caso contrário você vai se arrepender.
My experience in this place was terrible, the store puts assistants to do technician work, applies inappropriate materials in the facilities, breaks the hinge of the glove box. I was there the second time to complain about the initial installation, they used 3 meter cables to make connections with a distance of 20 centimeters. Very small store that doesn't support your presence during installation, especially during Covid. If you do some work there, don't stray from the installer, otherwise you'll regret it.
