Liguei na central e fui tratado super mal e me senti horrível, Eu queria apenas fazer uma compra e não tive êxito.
A atendente me tratou super mal e me disse que ele trabalha com metas, E que não estava ligando nem um pouco e disse que eu era apenas um número.
Foi totalmente desrespeitosa me senti muito mal, Eu pedi o número do consultor de vendas
E me falaram que essa pessoa entraria em contato comigo pelo whatsapp e eu esperei a tarde toda e nada, me senti constrangido enganado eu queria apenas comprar uns pneus.
Estou super insatisfeito ainda mais por falarem que tinham o melhor preço e nem me ligarem vocês são horríveis e eu não recomendo de jeito nenhum... Principalmente depois dos feedback dessa página!!.... E ressaltando mais uma vez o tratamento desdo início foi hostil. ?

The attendant treated me super bad and told me that he works with goals, And that he wasn't calling at all and said that I was just a number.
It was totally disrespectful I felt really bad, I asked for the sales consultant's number
And they told me that this person would contact me through whatsapp and I waited all afternoon and nothing, I felt embarrassed, cheated, I just wanted to buy some tires.
I'm super dissatisfied even more because they say they had the best price and don't even call me, you're horrible and I don't recommend it at all... Especially after the feedback on this page!!.... And emphasizing once again the treatment from the beginning was hostile. ?

Pros: The service provided was acceptable. Phone service was good. The mechanic's attention was good. What needs to improve: The amounts charged are well above the market, the service of the "technical consultant" is poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz as tratativas tudo pelo ZAP na loja da Francisco Junqueira, confirmando que iria até a loja trocar os pneus do meu carro, alinhei tudo com a vendedora, mais fiquei quase uma hora e meia só aguardando eles comprarem e buscarem os pneus em um de seus distribuidorores .
A pessoa que se diz gerente ficou com tom de deboche, fofocando com os mecânicos e colocando a culpa na vendedora que fez a venda . E também apontaram serviços desnecessários, prova essa que tive em mais dois orçamentos em locais de confiança.
Sendo assim não recomendo essa loja .
I did all the negotiations through ZAP at Francisco Junqueira's store, confirming that I would go to the store to change the tires on my car, I lined up everything with the salesperson, but I spent almost an hour and a half just waiting for them to buy and pick up the tires in one of their distributors.
The person who calls himself a manager was left with a mocking tone, gossiping with the mechanics and blaming the salesperson who made the sale. And they also pointed out unnecessary services, proof that I had in two more budgets in trustworthy places.
So I don't recommend this store.
