Fui para realizar uma higienização dos bancos do meu carro, mas o um dos funcionários nem sequer deixou eu me aproximar, agiu com truculência – dando a entender que estava irritado e que não estava disposto a fazer o serviço do meu carro; mesmo sendo funcionário e tendo a obrigação de saber tratar um cliente. O motivo? Apenas porquê parei o carro na frente da garagem do estabelecimento. A minha intenção era perguntar quanto custava o serviço e, em seguida, estacionar o carro em outro local ou nas dependências da Fortes Clean, e autorizar a limpeza do interior do meu automóvel. Recomendo que vocês dêem outro tipo de atenção aos clientes e contratem pessoas dispostas a trabalhar, sem preguiça, e com educação suficiente para tratar bem as pessoas.
Terrible attendance. I went to carry out a cleaning of my car seats, but one of the employees didn't even let me get close, he acted brutally – implying that he was irritated and that he wasn't willing to do my car service; even being an employee and having the obligation to know how to treat a customer. The reason? Just because I stopped the car in front of the garage of the establishment. My intention was to ask how much the service cost and then park the car elsewhere or on the premises of Fortes Clean, and authorize the cleaning of the interior of my car. I recommend that you give your customers another kind of attention and hire people willing to work, without laziness, and with enough education to treat people well.
