Seria coerente que o dono da loja conceda um atendimento diferenciado, abrisse um sorriso no rosto, dê uma aula sobre os diferenciais do veículo, parabenize o cliente, comemore com ele...mas não foi nada disso que recebi nesta loja. Aparentemente, o dono não foi muito com a minha cara e passou a me tratar com desdém do início ao fim, me ignorando como pode, uma pena. Comprei o carro por causa do carro, não por causa da loja. A loja cumpriu com suas obrigações e só. Atendimento do dono da Fortuna Import, não recomendo.
When you buy an expensive vehicle, few customers can afford it. It would be consistent for the store owner to give a differentiated service, open a smile on his face, teach a class about the vehicle's differentials, congratulate the customer, celebrate with him ... but that was not what I received at this store. Apparently, the owner was not much to my face and started treating me with disdain from start to finish, ignoring me as he can, a pity. I bought the car because of the car, not because of the store. The store fulfilled its obligations and that's it. Service from the owner of Fortuna Import, do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi um anúncio pela WebMotors e me interessei pelo veículo! Marquei uma hora pra ir ver e fui! Loja com veículos de luxo, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar! Por eu não ser uma pessoa com muito poder aquisitivo para comprar alguns veículos da loja, vendedor nos tratou com má vontade, parece que não queria vender, arrogante, além de ter nos ignorado! Fui embora frustrado pois havia gostado do carro! Perdeu uma venda, comprei outra hoje mesmo, tudo por falta de hospitalidade do vendedor! Uma pena
