Não dá suporte na garantia Marcelo e Eduardo são tudo enrolados e não vale a pena arrumar pois o mecânico é pior que o pessoal do atendimento da agência ..
Aparentemente carros são dado um jeitinho brasileiro e eles empurra na gente ...
Não aconselho indico ...
Lousy service, vehicles all with gambiarras.
No warranty support Marcelo and Eduardo are all wrapped up and there is no point in fixing it because the mechanic is worse than the agency's service personnel.
Apparently cars are given a Brazilian way and they push us ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tivemos uma experiência muito boa pós compra com eles,dentro dos 3 meses levamos a van "algumas" vezes para eles olharem porem o mecânico deles falava sempre que era normal e que se acontecesse algo eles se responsabilizava, ao passar mais 3 meses a van nos deu um gasto de quase 10 mil reais e ainda por cima descobri que a van tinha varias pecas que não era dela. Resumindo ninguém se responsabilizou por nada afinal a garatia passou e os problemas foram deixados para nos. Só ouvimos que a nossa van era de uma empresa que eles trocavam mesmo as peças mais que a garantia acabou .
Unfortunately we did not have a very good post-purchase experience with them, within 3 months we took the van "a few" times to look at them but their mechanic would talk whenever it was normal and if something happened they would take responsibility for spending another 3 months van gave us an expense of almost ten thousand dollars and on top of that I discovered that the van had several pieces that were not hers. In short no one was responsible for anything after all the garatia passed and the problems were left to us. We only heard that our van was from a company that they exchanged even the parts more than the warranty was over.

Fomos tratados como lixo pelo senhor Marcelo ( suponho ser o proprietário).
Atendimento vip só na hora da compra que foi feita a vista.
Depois de 6 meses voltamos para pedir ajuda, uma avaliação sobre a corrente da Trânsit que deu problema,problema este que eles garantiram que jamais aconteceria.
Fomos tratados com total desconsideração e grosseria. O Senhor Marcelo disse que não conversaria com uma barraqueira.

After sales service is of poor quality.
We were treated as rubbish by Mr. Marcelo (I suppose to be the owner).
VIP service only at the time of purchase that was made in cash.
After 6 months we came back for help, an appraisal of the problem of the Transit current that gave them trouble, which they guaranteed would never happen.
We were treated with total disregard and rudeness. Mr. Marcelo said he would not talk to a barge.
Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um caminhão HR, tive problemas na garantia, levei pra eles arrumarem, só enrolaram esperando passar os três messes, meu caminhão ficou com os mesmos problemas e ainda descobri muito mais problemas nele, o vendedor é um senhor com o nome de Eduardo, infelizmente não cumpre o que promete.
I bought an HR truck, I had warranty problems, I took it to them to fix it, they just rolled around waiting for the three months to pass, my truck had the same problems and I still discovered many more problems with it, the seller is a gentleman by the name of Eduardo, unfortunately doesn't deliver what it promises.
