Péssimo pós venda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O trabalho deles é até razoável/bom, mas precisamos ligar muitas vezes até virem fazer reparos. Normalmente, enviam um técnico duas vezes ao local antes de fazerem o serviço. Acho que perdem os dados da primeira viagem, provavelmente, por desorganização.
Their work is even reasonable / good, but we need to call many times until they come to make repairs. Typically, they send a technician twice to the site before doing the job. I think they lose the data from the first trip, probably due to disorganization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo essa empresa. Instalaram esse box com a parte fixa de 55 cm de largura e a parte móvel com 45 cm, deixando apenas um espaço de 30 cm para a passagem. Quando perguntei se não tinha como deixar uma abertura maior que estes 30 cm, falaram que não tinha. Então, contratei outra empresa que corrigiu esse problema deixando espaço de 39 cm para a passagem, ou seja, além de não terem prestado um bom serviço, quando reclamei solicitando uma solução para o problema, mentiram dizendo que não existia solução.
I don't recommend this company. They installed this box with a fixed part of 55 cm in width and a mobile part of 45 cm, leaving only a 30 cm space for passage. When I asked if there was no way to leave an opening larger than these 30 cm, they said there wasn't. So, I hired another company that corrected this problem, leaving 39 cm space for the passage, that is, in addition to not having provided a good service, when I complained asking for a solution to the problem, they lied saying that there was no solution.
