★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de comprometimento com o cliente! No dia 22/03/18 fiz a encomenda de um vidro para uma janela e um espelho, me foi solicitado o prazo de 15 dias úteis. Hoje, 34 dias úteis depois, riem da minha cara durante a ligação afirmando que quebraram o vidro e nada poderia ser feito. Gostaria de ressaltar o fato de que em momento algum ligaram para dar satisfação sobre o pedido, como se estivessem me fazendo um favor! Mais honestidade, por favor!
Lack of commitment to the customer! On 03/22/18 I ordered a glass for a window and a mirror, I was asked for a period of 15 working days. Today, 34 business days later, they laugh at me during the call stating that they broke the glass and nothing could be done. I would like to emphasize the fact that at no time did they call to give satisfaction about the request, as if they were doing me a favor! More honesty, please!
