★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você tiver um problema de acesso ao site para consultar processo, você está ferrado! Porque simplesmente não fornecem qualquer tipo de suporte. Simplesmente o site não funciona (por erro deles!) e eles não respondem email solicitando solução. Parece até que ganham mal e isso é gratuito.
If you have a problem accessing the site to consult process, you're screwed! Because they just don't provide any kind of support. The site simply doesn't work (by their mistake!) and they don't respond to emails asking for a solution. It seems that they earn poorly and this is free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho que a experiência para o carioca toda é ruim quando tem que ir no tribunal de justiça é tudo muito lento. Tem processos ali que se arrastam há 30 anos e não são resolvidos. Os funcionários apesar de ter muito serviço mas não tem um pingo de vontade de ajudar. Muito pelo contrário alguns ainda colocaam obstáculos.
I think the experience for the whole carioca is bad when you have to go to the court of law, it's all too slow. There are cases there that have dragged on for 30 years and are not resolved. The staff despite having a lot of service but not having an ounce of willingness to help. On the contrary, some still pose obstacles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um labirinto. Super mal sinalizado, mesmo quem trabalha lá as vezes se perde e pede orientação. Banheiros destruídos, parecendo de rodoviária. A manutenção do local deixa muito a desejar, parece mal planejada, feita no jeitinho.
