The TJRJ should not be open to the public at this time of a pandemic. Very dangerous. The environment is closed. Many lines in the elevator and the corridors were full. It shouldn't be working.

The procedure for digitizing old processes takes forever, totally absurd. A period of 3 to six months to digitize a process is unacceptable.
