★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz impressão de duas fotos no formato A4. Tive um retorno rápido e eficiente na consulta inicial feita por WhatsApp e um bom atendimento na loja. A qualidade da impressão feita inicialmente não foi a esperada, mas ela foi prontamente refeita e corrigida.
 I printed two photos in A4 format. I had a quick and efficient return on the initial consultation by WhatsApp and good customer service at the store. The quality of the printing initially was not as expected, but it was promptly redone and corrected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de foto para passaporte 3,5x4,5 e o atendente me garantiu que faziam e que ele tinham prática neste formato. Tiraram a foto sem tripé ficando tremida e sem nitidez, o corte saiu super torto e uma das fotos veio com um logo do papel no meu queixo. Atendimento muito ruim e ambiente sem iluminação própria. Além do preço ser super alto: 3 fotos por R$25. Não recomendo!!!
I needed a 3.5x4.5 passport photo and the attendant assured me that they did and that they had practice in this format. They took the photo without tripod getting blurred and without clarity, the cut came out super crooked and one of the photos came with a paper logo on my chin. Very poor service and environment without own lighting. Besides the price to be super high: 3 pictures for $ 25. Do not recommend !!!

Precisa definir melhor sobre a entrega, pois no anúncio diz que a entrega é grátis. No entanto, não faz entregas para São Vicente, por exemplo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha foto tirada para o visto americano 5x7 foi negada na embaixada devido a má qualidade, honestamente a olho nú é possível ver a baixissima qualidade digital da foto.
My photo taken for the American 5x7 visa was denied at the embassy due to poor quality, honestly with the naked eye it is possible to see the very low digital quality of the photo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, deixei três filmes de câmera antiga para revelar, até então o combinado era ir pra SP, eu não tinha certeza se iria imprimir agora as fotos que tinha nos três filmes, mas quando retornei na loja para pegar já tinha feito a impressão de 82 fotos, não pude escolher as que queria e em nenhum momento deixaram claro que seria obrigatório fazer a impressão das fotos se os filmes fossem revelados. Fiquem atentos a isso, pois fui obrigada a pagar um valor a mais do que esperava, sendo que em nenhum momento cheguei a pedir a impressão das fotos.
I don't recommend it, I left three old camera films to develop, so far the agreement was to go to SP, I wasn't sure if I would now print the photos I had in the three films, but when I went back to the store to get it, I had already printed 82 photos, I couldn't choose the ones I wanted and at no time did it make it clear that it would be mandatory to print the photos if the films were developed. Precisava de uma foto com urgência para um passaporte nem sou de Santos pedi urgência p ele ele tirou a foto cobrou e falou p voltar as 15:00 pq fecharia as 16:00 , cheguei no horário marcado e ele me disse que entregaria minha foto em casa pq não estava com a foto lá, não entendi nada mas dei meu endereço e para minha surpresa ele não apareceu. É um sem vergonha sem palavra!

Terrible! The owner is a thief and a liar! I needed a photo urgently for a passport I'm not even from Santos I asked urgently for him he took the photo charged and said to come back at 15:00 because it would close at 16:00, I arrived at the scheduled time and he told me he would deliver my photo in house because I didn't have the photo there, I didn't understand anything but I gave my address and to my surprise he didn't show up. It's a shameless wordless!
