Entrei em contato e fui atendida pelo Guilherme que sem dúvidas foi mto paciente e cuidadoso com as minhas fotos pois elas possuem um significado enorme para mim. Super recomendo !!!!
I was searching here on google for a place that could help me save my wedding photos so I found the store and I was very happy with the result. I got in touch and was attended by Guilherme who was without a doubt very patient and careful with my photos because they have a huge meaning for me. I highly recommend!!!!

Spectacular service. Guilherme was super helpful in answering my request and he was still waiting for me for a few minutes out of hours to print my photos and for me to get the gift I was going to give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje com minha amiga com neném de colo, nenhum atendente nos deu atenção, só disse que se fosse muita foto que tinha desconto, e que era pra enviar no e-mail deles e saiu andando, não perguntou o tamanho das fotos, não passou preço de nada (e eu perguntei umas 3x), não nos falou dos acabamentos do papel, e tb não passou o e-mail! Saímos de lá sem eles nem perceber! Achei muita falta de respeito.
I went today with my friend with a baby on her lap, no attendant paid us any attention, they just said that if there were a lot of photos that they had a discount, and that it was to be sent in their email and walked away, they didn't ask the size of the photos, they didn't pass price of nothing (and I asked about 3x), he didn't tell us about the finishing of the paper, and he didn't send the email either! We left without them even noticing! I found it very disrespectful.
