Já tinha ido em várias outras e ninguém queria perder o tempo que levou pra fazer o conserto! Se você precisar de um serviço difícil eles com certeza vão conseguir!
I highly recommend the optician, especially Erica and Flávio! I took a very difficult pair of glasses to fix and they were very patient and willing to help me! I had already been to several others and no one wanted to waste the time it took to fix it! If you need a tough job, they're sure to get it!

Reclamamos, e a atendente foi grosseira, dizendo que nada havia de errado. Resultado: pagamos um preço absurdo por 4 fotos (118 reais) e não foram aprovadas para o visto. Tivemos que tirá-las novamente.
Very bad experience we had. We needed photos for a US visa, we were told they performed the service, and they delivered photos that were too dark. We complained, and the attendant was rude, saying that nothing was wrong. Result: we paid an absurd price for 4 photos (118 reais) and they were not approved for the visa. We had to take them out again.

I want to leave here my testimonial for the excellent service I had at the patio higienopolis optics where I was attended by Elaine and Cindy who with all patience and attention helped me in choosing my 2 glasses. I went in just to taste it and in the end I took 2 for finding a quality product and excellent service.
