★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi nesta loja pra trocar as lentes (Varilux) e a atendente acabou "empurrando" um outro tipo. Infelizmente, ela não se adaptou com as lentes desta outra marca e acabou "jogando" dinheiro fora.
Em resumo: Não compraremos mais nada nesta loja!
My mother went to this store to change her glasses (Varilux) and the attendant ended up "pushing" another guy. Unfortunately, she did not adapt with the lenses of this other brand and ended up "throwing" money away.

Fui muito bem atendido pela consultora Optica Caroline e pela gerente da loja.
Fui para comprar um Óculos e sai com três.
Fui muito bem atendido, bem tratado e a loja tem um clima leve.
Não fui forçado a comprar nada. Porem muito bem esclarecido sobre a qualidade de vantagens das lentes.
E o melhor me mantiveram a par de todo a espera pela feitura das lentes. Me deram um prazo e superaram o prazo atendendo minhas expectativas e urgência.
