★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha namorada me deu de presente um óculos da Persol comprado na ótica durante o dia da Black Friday. Ao utilizá-lo reparei uma falha no produto (metal oxidado), sendo assim, voltamos na loja para resolver o problema e trocar de peça. Fomos informados para deixar peça lá para diagnóstico. Após uns 7 dias retornamos na loja, e o atendente nos informou que o óculos realmente estava com defeito, mas que o mesmo não poderia ser trocado porque ele estava na promoção no dia da Black Friday por conta desse defeito e que também por isso não tínhamos o direito da garantia. Em nenhum momento durante a compra, assim como na nota fiscal, foi nos informado que o óculos estava com defeito e também fora de coleção, e que não teríamos esse direito a garantia da Persol.
Tivemos um desgaste enorme para tentar resolver a situação, e a única solução q nos deram foi de devolver o valor da promoção, ou comprar outro óculos na ótica para que fosse descontado o valor na venda.
My girlfriend gave me a Persol eyeglasses bought at the optician as a gift during Black Friday. When using it, I noticed a flaw in the product (oxidized metal), so we went back to the store to solve the problem and change the part. We were told to leave part there for diagnosis. After about 7 days we returned to the store, and the attendant informed us that the glasses were really defective, but that they could not be exchanged because they were on sale on Black Friday because of this defect and that also why we did not have the warranty right. At no time during the purchase, as well as in the invoice, we were informed that the glasses were defective and also out of collection, and that we would not be entitled to Persol's warranty.
We went to great lengths to try to resolve the situation, and the only solution they gave us was to return the value of the promotion, or buy another glasses at the optician so that the sale value was discounted.
