Deixei TUDO confirmado com eles via telefone, mas disse que só iria preencher o cadastro assim que o pessoal da excursão me confirmasse os horarios, mas questão de diarias e carro já estava tudo confirmado. Depois de poucos dias eu voltei no whatsapp para prencher o cadastro e me falaram que os valores tinham aumentado e sem carro pra reservar. Fui tentar explicar novamente que já estava tudo confirmado anteriormente e fui bloqueado. Total falta de respeito.
I didn't even rent the car and I've already had problems with this rental company. I left EVERYTHING confirmed with them via phone, but I said that I would only fill in the registration as soon as the tour staff confirmed the schedule, but the daily and car issue was already confirmed. After a few days I went back to whatsapp to fill in the registration and they told me that the values had increased and there was no car to reserve. I tried to explain again that everything was confirmed previously and I was blocked. Total lack of respect.

Great rental in Porto Seguro! Ethical employees and partners. From the first contact, they are super attentive and helpful. We rent a super new and clean automatic Renegade. Service provided with excellence, we arrived at the airport around 01:00 am and 10 minutes later the car was already available in our hands. Thank you Avany and Hugo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a locação de um veículo por 5 dias. Única exigência foi possuir ar condicionado e direção hidráulica (pois ninguém merece passar apuros no calor da Bahia). Ocorreu tudo certo. Foi disponibilizado um Onix 2021. Tratei através do WhatsApp e não tive problemas, responde rápido as perguntas e atencioso (até dá algumas dicas de pontos turísticos). Recomendo e recomendarei a amigos que forem passear em Porto Seguro/BA.
I rented a vehicle for 5 days. The only requirement was to have air conditioning and hydraulic steering (since no one deserves to be in trouble in the heat of Bahia). Everything went right. An Onix 2021 was made available. I treated it through WhatsApp and I had no problems, he answers questions quickly and was attentive (he even gives some tips on tourist spots).
