★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pecima, recebi meu contrato a 2 meses, e ate agora nao tive a instalaçao. Quero deixar minha reclamaçao sobre o atendimento do Robson e da Caroline. Tenho todas mensagens, copias de e-mail, pois recebi meu contrato o online, promessas, datas de instalaçao sem sucesso. Descaso ao cliente. Atendimento pecimo. E ainda estou aguardando minha internet que até agora nada. Se nao vai instalar é mais bonito informar. Pois ligo, mando mensagem sem sucesso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não existe suporte técnico se precisar de assistência recomendo cancelar o serviço ou se preparar para passar muita raiva.
Central telefônica funciona somente até às 23:00 e quando consegue entrar em contato no horário de atendimento se prepare para ficar ao menos 20 minutos para ser atendido se for necessário abrir chamado técnico o prazo é de 48 horas que nunca são compridos e ainda precisa ligar todos os dias pra pedir que seja atendido pq senão o chamado é cancelado já abri três chamados desde a instalação que até hoje nenhum técnico apareceu na residência pra verificar o que ocorre

Contratei essa companhia para a casa de meus pais pois é, infelizmente, a única empresa que atende na região.
Acredito que seja esse o motivo do atendimento ridículo e mentiroso da companhia.
Custo altíssimo, sem entregar os dados do contrato, muitas vezes não entregam nem a metade do combinado.
Zero possibilidade de atendimento, mas pra cobrar estão sempre nos trinques.
Se quiser ganhar dinheiro fácil, assine com a empresa e depois entre com um processo! É causa ganha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima conexão e suporte técnico via telefone. Aos fins de semana sempre fico sem internet e não consigo contatar ninguém. Só adquiri por falta de opção no bairro em que moro. Além disso, fazem a venda casada do plano:ex: queria aumentar os megas do meu plano, porém automaticamente o contrato se renovaria por mais 1 ano sem possibilidade de cancelamento nesse meio tempo .. Como assim? irei no Procon pra verificar o código de defesa do consumidor.

Solicitei o cancelamento da internet Fox e fui informado que devo ficar mais 30 dias, e a Anatel é clara, diz que quando a solicitação é feita via atendente o processo deve ser feito imediatamente. Segue a baixo o que diz o site da Anatel.
Você poderá, por qualquer motivo, cancelar o contrato. Os efeitos da rescisão do contrato de prestação do serviço serão imediatos à solicitação quando registrados por meio de atendente, ou seja, a cobrança do serviço deve ser interrompida imediatamente. Quando o pedido for registrado sem intervenção de atendente, terá efeito após 2 dias úteis. Somente poderão ser cobrados eventuais valores residuais (valores proporcionais ao tempo do fechamento do último ciclo de faturamento), incluindo multas contratuais.
Nos serviços de telecomunicações, é possível existirem cláusulas de fidelização de no máximo 12 meses. Nessa situação, o cancelamento do contrato pode resultar em multa proporcional ao tempo restante para o fim do contrato e ao benefício recebido. A multa não será devida se a desistência for solicitada em razão de descumprimento de obrigação contratual ou legal da prestadora.
Fundamentação Legal: Arts. 14 e 15 c/c 57 a 59 da Resolução nº 632/2014 da Anatel.
Fora isso o serviço é péssimo, se cair no final de semana você precisa esperara até segunda-feira, oscila o tempo todo. Só faça com eles se não tiver opção, cancelei pois a Claro agora disponibiliza rede 4G no Capital Ville, é muito mais estável, e valor é bem melhor.

The fine shall not be payable if the waiver is requested for breach of contractual or legal obligation of the provider.

Other than that the service is bad, if it falls on the weekend you have waited until Monday, fluctuates all the time. Only do with them if you have no option, I canceled because Claro now offers 4G network in Capital Ville, is much more stable, and value is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que contratei já vi problemas, era cobrado valor acima do pacote referente ao descrito de fornecimento e tempo depois foi resolvido e o que paguei a mais perdido. Deixei pra lá. Agora há pouco tempo a empresa foi vendida para AMÉRICA NET e desde então é um lixo. Já liguei e não só uma vez, falam que irão resolver e nada é feito a respeito. Bom... Que falta de respeito.
Já ouvi relatos de péssimo serviço e hoje me arrependo de ainda assim ter contratado.
