★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrorosa...Na hora de fechar o plano tudo lindo, depois só Deus na causa!
Contratamos 100MB, não chegavam 50MB ligamos pra reclamar e fomos recebidos com as seguintes "DESCULPINHAS" ESFARRAPADAS:
-O roteador que fornecemos (faz parte do plano contratado) não é recomendado para o tipo e quantidade de internet contratada.
-Pela lei da ANATEL somos obrigados a fornecer pelo menos 40% do plano (ou seja, se chegar 40MB dos 100MB contratados, o azar é seu).
Fora a instalação R$100,00, taxa de cancelamento proporcional ao pacote (te dão carência de 1 mês, mas te enrolam até passar para pagar a multa).
Descaso total, se puderem e tiverem outras opções, não contratem de maneira alguma, caso já tenham contratado, façam os testes de velocidade online, é gratuito e muito fácil de fazer, eles ainda recomendam o site para teste.

If they can afford it and have other options, do not hire them at all, if they have already hired you, do the speed tests online, it's free and very easy to do, they still recommend the site for testing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssima qualidade, só não dou zero estrelas por falta de opção. Contratei por 5 dias se tiver funcionado por mais de 10 minutos foi muito, não recomendo nem para um inimigo. Péssimo....Realmente enviaram um técnica para tentar vender um modem... Sendo o que tenho em casa funciona com qualquer outra operadora de qualidade... Meu modem comprado recente que distribui wi-fi até em 5ghz... O meu modem que não presta ou é a falta de qualidade mesmo...
Lousy service, lousy quality, I just don't give zero stars for lack of option. I hired for 5 days if it worked for more than 10 minutes it was a lot, I don't even recommend it to an enemy. Terrible .... Really they sent a technician to try to sell a modem ... Being what I have at home it works with any other quality operator ... My modem bought recently that distributes wi-fi up to 5ghz ... Mine modem that is no good or is the lack of quality even ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente estou totalmente desapontado! Péssimo atendimento do suporte técnico, principalmente com atendente TADEU! ME atendeu mal e disse o problema ser meu roteador sem fazer nenhum teste favorável. Fui lá e comprei outro roteador R$ 150,00. É advinha? O problema era na repetidora! Vai me pagar um roteador ? Incompetência total! A internet já foi Boa, agora não indico mais pra ninguém!
Honestly I am totally disappointed! Bad service from technical support, especially with TADEU attendant! He answered me badly and said the problem was my router without doing any favorable test. I went there and bought another router R $ 150.00. Is it guess? The problem was with the repeater! Will you buy me a router? Total incompetence! The internet was already good, now I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ melhor provedor de internet da região.. depois que mudei meu plano de radio para fibra.. ficou top de mais, nao cai nunca, sempre dah 100% a velocidade contratada (500 mbps de down por 250 mbps de up), latência mt baixa pra td, jogo CoD Vanguard e Warzone e meu ping eh sempre o menor dos demais jogadores.. Vale a pena!!!
best internet provider in the region.. after I changed my radio plan to fiber.. it was too top, it never drops, it always gives 100% the contracted speed (500 mbps down by 250 mbps up), very low latency for all, I play CoD Vanguard and Warzone and my ping is always the lowest of the other players.. It's worth it!!!
