 My friend bought a perfume that was not the same as the sample, the duration of the fragrance on the skin doesn't last at all, there's still no return from the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um perfume EDP Narciso Rodrigues para minha esposa e passei vergonha, não tem o mesmo cheiro e não fixa nada, a loja manda fazer contato com a importadora, que não responde e-mail e não recebe ligação de celular.
I bought an EDP Narciso Rodrigues perfume for my wife and I was embarrassed, it doesn't have the same smell and doesn't fix anything, the store sends us to contact the importer, who doesn't answer an email and doesn't receive a cell phone call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a noite ,e um rapaz me atendeu tão bem que eu, e minha filha compramos .Acho que o nome dele é Luca ou Lucas.Os perfumes também estavam a um preço acessível. Fizemos a festa!
I went at night, and a guy treated me so well that I and my daughter bought it. I think his name is Luca or Lucas. The perfumes were also at an affordable price. We had the party!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a segunda vez que compro na loja, mas a abordagem do primeiro "vendedor" que me atendeu no dia 13/03 foi, no mínimo, curiosa: primeiramente me olhou de cima a baixo, o que já me causou um grande desconforto. Mas o mesmo continuou a me observar de forma bastante explícita, o que me deixou ainda mais desconfortável (nesse ponto, não sabia se a ideia dele era mostrar que "eu não deveria estar ali" ou se me achou "interessante"). Como se não bastasse, o mesmo "perdeu o interesse" em me atender, já que começou a mexer em seu celular.
Ainda assim, voltei mais tarde. Aí o atendimento mudou completamente: fui atendido pelo Lucas - esse sim, vendedor com "V" maiúsculo: prestativo e bastante empático. Seu atendimento me fez mudar a avaliação negativa que eu ia dar para a loja.
Enfim: não é porque a loja vende perfumes "de grife" que o atendimento deve ser "fútil e/ou desconfortável", como o primeiro vendedor deu a entender: pode ser "descontraído e empático", como o atendimento do Lucas.
It was the second time I bought from the store, but the approach of the first "salesman" who attended me on 03/13 was, to say the least, curious: first he looked me up and down, which already caused me great discomfort. But he continued to observe me very explicitly, which made me even more uncomfortable (at this point, I didn't know if his idea was to show that "I shouldn't be there" or if he found me "interesting"). As if that wasn't enough, the same "lost interest" in answering me, as he started messing with his cell phone.
Still, I came back later. Then the service completely changed: I was attended by Lucas - that yes, salesperson with a capital "V": helpful and very empathetic. Your service made me change the negative rating I was going to give the store.
Anyway: it is not because the store sells "designer" perfumes that the service must be "futile and/or uncomfortable", as the first salesperson implied: it can be "relaxed and empathetic", like Lucas' service.
