Levou outro controle para arrumar e voltou pior do que antes, ligou para questionar e o atendente foi extremamente ignorante dizendo que não podia fazer nada. Caso eles não se responsabilizem irei no procon, pois nem ordem de serviço deram ao meu filho. Estão se aproveitando de crianças. cuidado pais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para uma loja de games o ambiente precisa melhorar muito , poucos games expostos , nenhuma tv rodando jogos de demonstração , atendente não saiba dar muitas informações sobre um acessório solicitado e a loja tocava um gênero musical que nada tem a ver com o mundo dos games em volume máximo, dificultando o atendimento , afetando a experiência do cliente como um todo.
