Cobraram por impressão (o que é normal), mas também cobraram uma taxa para abrir o email em que eu enviei o arquivo (como se eu tivesse como trazer o arquivo de outra forma). Saiu mais caro para eles abrirem o email do que para imprimirem o documento. É pouco dinheiro, mas mostra o tipo de surpresa .que costuma aparecer.
One example and among many. I asked them to print a document. They charged for printing (which is normal), but they also charged a fee to open the email I sent the file in (as if I could bring the file any other way). It was more expensive for them to open the email than to print the document. It's not much money, but it shows the kind of surprise that often appears.
