★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A priori, a pessoa responsável pelo orçamento, é educada e demonstra credibilidade.
Mas após o contrato, a situação muda de figura.
Foram pontuais, porém, tratam a mudança com muita displicência. Como consequência disso, quebraram o vidro da porta do forno do meu fogão e o vidro do tampo de uma pequena mesa.
Levaram quase duas semanas para resolver o problema do fogão e há 40 dias, estamos aguardando a mesinha.
Após várias promessas não cumpridas, voltamos a cobrar e a única coisa que conseguimos foi o atendimento de uma senhora muito mal educada, ríspida, sem a mínima condição de atendimento ao público, que nos informou que não podia nos atender pois estava em outra ligação e bateu o fone na cara da minha esposa.
Decidimos então, a partir de agora, fazer a cobrança por vias legais...
Não recomendo essa empresa para ninguém. Pena que a nota mínima é 1.

It took them almost two weeks to solve the stove problem and for 40 days, we have been waiting for the table.
After several unfulfilled promises, we started charging again and the only thing we got was the assistance of a very rude, harsh lady, without the slightest condition of service to the public, who informed us that she couldn't answer us because she was on another call and slammed the phone on my wife's face.
We decided then, from now on, to charge by legal means ...
I don't recommend this company to anyone. Too bad the minimum score is 1.
Ahh ... And it wasn't cheap, ok? Let the unsuspecting like me, make no mistake. Search ...

Mas nada foi como o combinado. Faltaram prestadores, enviaram caminhão pequeno e em consequência disso, foi prolongado os dias da mudança, não cumprindo o cronograma.
Muita falta de comunicação empresa x colaboradores.
No final da mudança, todas os móveis transportados, apresentaram avarias ou quebrados.
Realmente a experiência foi muito ruim.
Until we hired the service, everything was fine.
But nothing went as planned. Providers were lacking, they sent a small truck and as a result, the days of moving were extended, not meeting the schedule.
Much lack of communication between company x employees.
At the end of the move, all the furniture transported was damaged or broken.
The experience was really bad.

Sinto que foi um estresse a menos diante do que é fazer uma mudança, facilitando muito para mim.
I had a great experience with Franelis Transportes. The staff was super attentive, taking time to answer all my questions, punctual with the visit, and polite staff.
I feel like it was less stress than making a change, making it a lot easier for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Nossa tv voltou com risco, sumiram com um lustre que havíamos ganhado de casamento e ainda comeram um pote de doce de leite com as mãos (haviam marcas de dedos). A pior parte foi a postura da empresa em nao assumir nenhum erro e ainda por cima foram rudes ao telefone. Máximo que fizeram foi dizer que naquele dia haviam contratado outros profissionais. Semanas depois denunciamos a Franelis junto ao Buscape porque fora evidenciado que eles se passavam por varios clientes falsos (tudo para aumentar sua nota e enganar as pessoas). Não caiam nestas avaliações!
Bad experience. Our TV came back with a risk, they disappeared with a chandelier that we had won as a wedding and even ate a pot of dulce de leche with their hands (there were fingerprints). The worst part was the company's attitude of not making any mistakes and on top of that they were rude on the phone. The most they did was say that that day they had hired other professionals. Weeks later we denounced Franelis to Buscape because it had been shown that they were pretending to be several fake customers (all to increase their rating and deceive people). Don't fall for these reviews!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nosso relato não é tão positivo como vemos nas publicações abaixo, recentemente contratei a empresa Franelis para realizar nossa mudança entre São Bernardo do Campo e São Paulo capital e tivemos os seguintes problemas:
1) Os embaladores que vieram um dia anterior a mudança, não tiveram cuidado em armazenar os utensilios em suas caixas
2) Embalaram almofadas da poltrona e outras coisas, sem a maior necessidade, gerando uso excessivo de caixas e um custo maior para nos
3) Não terminaram a embalagem como prometido, tiveram que terminar no dia da mudança, gerando confusão com a equipe da mudança
4) No dia da mudança tivemos problemas com os seguranças dos condomínios , a equipe de transporte da Franelis não respeitou a regra dos condomínios e os seguranças quase chamaram a polícia para resolver a questão, pois queriam resolver a questão com luta corporal, e se não fosse a minha intervenção teria gerado multa nos dois condominios , também não foi utilizado o uso da mascara nos elevadores, e fui acionado pelos seguranças inúmeras vezes para resolver esta questão
5) Após o carregamento tivemos a informação que somente seria descarregado no destino com a confirmação do pagamento, e em nenhum momento isso foi deixado claro para nos
6) Tivemos problemas com os nossos móveis, formicas lascadas, cadeiras riscadas, bicicleta transportada de forma incorreta arranhando e estragando a roda, todas as plantas de vasos pequenos e grandes chegaram destruidas
7) O caminhão utilizado não comportou a mudança, deveria ter sido utilizado um caminhão grande porte
Após acionar a Franelis sobre estes problemas fui informado que nada disso seria coberto por eles
Não recomendo o uso dos serviços, não foram transparentes mediante ao pagamento, não fizeram uma mudança com cuidados devidos, não respeitaram as regras do condominio, quase entraram em luta corporal com os seguranças do condomínio, fizeram uso excessivo de caixas de forma totalmente desnecessária.

Our report is not as positive as we see in the publications below, I recently hired Franelis to carry out our move between São Bernardo do Campo and São Paulo capital and we had the following problems:
1) The packers who came the day before the move were not careful to store the utensils in their boxes
2) They packed armchair cushions and other things, without the greatest need, generating excessive use of boxes and a higher cost for us
3) They didn't finish the packaging as promised, they had to finish it on the day of the move, causing confusion with the moving team
4) On the day of the move, we had problems with the security guards at the condominiums, the Franelis transport team did not respect the condominium rules and the security guards almost called the police to resolve the issue, as they wanted to resolve the issue with a physical fight, and if not if it had been my intervention, it would have generated a fine in both condominiums, the use of the mask in the elevators was not used either, and I was called by security numerous times to resolve this issue
5) After loading, we had the information that it would only be unloaded at the destination with confirmation of payment, and at no time was this made clear to us
6) We had problems with our furniture, chipped formicas, scratched chairs, incorrectly transported bicycle scratching and damaging the wheel, all small and large potted plants arrived destroyed
7) The truck used did not support the change, a large truck should have been used
After contacting Franelis about these problems, I was informed that none of this would be covered by them.
I do not recommend the use of the services, they were not transparent upon payment, they did not make a change with due care, they did not respect the rules of the condominium, they almost got into a physical fight with the security guards of the condominium, they made excessive use of boxes in a totally unnecessary way.
