★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mto decepcionada com o atendimento, está demorando mto, não tem TDS os produtos q oferecem nos anúncios, mandaram meu pedido errado e pouco ligaram, terceiro vez q faço pedido e demora mais de uma hora pra entregar sendo q mora a três minutos de distância, não anotaram meu pedido direito conclusão veio errado, faltando é só sabem pedir desculpas não fazem nada pra melhorar, depois vão colocar a culpa na crise ! Sempre recomendei vcs pra TDS aqui do meu condomínio, não recomendo mais
Very disappointed with the service, it’s taking too long, there’s no TDS the products q offer in the ads, they sent my order wrong and they didn’t call much, the third time I place an order and it takes over an hour to deliver and q lives three minutes away, they didn’t take my order right conclusion came wrong, missing is just know how to apologize do nothing to improve, then they will blame the crisis! I always recommended you guys for TDS here in my condo, I don't recommend it anymore

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E decepcionou neste Domingo, paguei por meio frango e mais um pedaço de cupim no bafo, e ao chegar em casa, abri a embalagem e só tinha o cupim.
And disappointed this Sunday, I paid for half a chicken and another piece of termite on the breath, and when I got home, I opened the package and only had the termite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi horrível, fiz um pedido meio dia e me informaram q seria entregue aparti da 13 blz qnd foi 14:30 liguei pra saber cadê minha encomenda e disseram q entenderam q eu não iria mais querer só pq disse OK OBRIGADO em momolen nenhum eu disse NÃO eu com visita em casa, meus filhos pequenos loucos de fome desde meio dia aguardando e não me deram nenhuma satisfação simplesmente disseram q entenderam errado e ficou por isso msm. Quarta vez q eles facilaram comigo e foi em sequência. Me senti Extremamente humilhada por esse estabelecimento q não tem nenhuma ética com os clientes.NAO RECOMENDO !!! Q NINGUEM PASSE PELA RAIVA Q ELES ME FIZERAM PASSAR.
It was horrible, I placed an order half a day and they informed me that it would be delivered from 13 blz when it was 2:30 pm I called to find out where my order was and they said they understood that I wouldn't want it anymore just because I said OK THANK YOU in momolen none I said NO me with a visit at home, my little children crazy with hunger since half a day waiting and they gave me no satisfaction they simply said they got it wrong and that's why msm. Fourth time they facilitated with me and it was in sequence. I felt extremely humiliated by this establishment that has no ethics with customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Q NOBODY PASSES THROUGH ANGER Q THEY MAKED ME PASS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocam produtos no cardápio e não entregam o que prometem. Exemplo disso: peito bovino recheado que vem sem recheio?! A justificativa: a peça de carne é muito grande e fica sem recheio em algumas partes. Atendimento ao cliente ZERO.
They put products on the menu and don't deliver what they promise. Example of this: stuffed bovine breast that comes without filling ?! The justification: the piece of meat is very large and has no filling in some parts. ZERO customer service.
