★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que esperar de uma loja que se recusa a trocar produtos de dois idosos? Que falta de empatia! Sim, já tinham se passado 7 dias desde a compra, mas os produtos estavam na embalagem e não foram usados. Eles não puderam vir antes porque moram distantes daqui.
Perderam eles como clientes, que iriam comprar mais coisas e perderam mais um aqui, pois também não vou comprar. Além de não indicar para outras pessoas. Fujam de estabelecimentos que não tratam bem seus clientes. Só assim as coisas nesse país mudarão!
