I left a suitcase with a broken wheel. The repair was very quick and very well done. I thought the price was fair, as the alternative was to buy a new suitcase. I got 2 more quotes, both more expensive. it was a good choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixamos as malas para orçamento e no dia seguinte fomos informados de que já haviam realizado o conserto, sem que eu soubesse os valores e sem confirmação / aprovação para execução do serviço.
Paguei o conserto para que eles não precisassem desfazer tudo novamente mas me senti enganada.
As malas aparentemente ficaram boas (ainda não usei).
We left the bags for an estimate and the next day we were informed that the repair had already been carried out, without my knowing the values and without confirmation / approval for the execution of the service.
I paid for the repair so they wouldn't have to undo it all again but I felt cheated.
The bags seem to be fine (I haven't used them yet).

Levamos duas malas e ambas ficaram ótimas, recomendo! A rua é estreita mas é possível estacionar em uma vaga em frente a loja.
Franx and the boys do a great job fixing suitcases. Objective service, super honest in choosing the best solution for the repair, fast and fair price. We took two suitcases and both were great, I recommend! The street is narrow but it is possible to park in a parking space in front of the store.
