Mas a profissional que fez minha mão foi mal educada e quando me queixei que ela tinha machucado um dos meu dedos que fiz uma cirurgia recentemente ela disse que não fez nada, esbarrava na minha unha o tempo todo e ficava estressada por ter que refazer, isso por que fui informada apenas pela atendente (que também não foi nada educada) na hora de pagar que teria um adicional por fazer francesinha, questionei dizendo que eu não sabia que a manicure não tinha falado nada e recebi um "quem tem que perguntar é você!". Péssimo atendimento e um preço absurdo pelo tratamento que recebi!
I had a terrible experience, the professional who did my foot was very friendly and hurt me accidentally and apologized. But the professional who did my hand was rude and when I complained that she had hurt one of my fingers that I had surgery recently, she said she did nothing, bumped into my nail all the time and was stressed about having to do it again, that because I was only informed by the attendant (who was also not polite) when I was paying that I would have an extra for doing francesinha, I questioned saying that I didn't know the manicurist hadn't said anything and I received a "you have to ask !". Terrible service and an absurd price for the treatment I received!
