★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Administradora responsável por uma Vila localizada no Méier. Existem problemas há tempos e estes não conseguem resolver, como um simples portão automático que hora funciona e hora não, ou seja, você não sabe se conseguirá sair ou entrar com o carro. Fujam dessa administradora.
Edit: O nível da resposta fala por si só. A ausência em assembleia não me retira o direito de reclamar. O que foi dito a respeito do limites de competência não procede. Enfim, fica a reflexão para quem um dia pensar em usar algo dessa administradora .

Nosso prédio não tinha nenhuma gestão e com a chegada da mesma, conseguimos organizar nossa vida financeira e inclusive com dicas jurídicas. Não tenho o que me queixar.
I am a client (union) of this administrator since 2018 and thanks to God they are composed by integral and qualified people. Our building had no management and with the arrival of it, we managed to organize our financial life and even with legal tips. I have nothing to complain about.

Estão sempre a disposição para nos auxiliar quando precisamos de qualquer informação. Indico de olhos fechados. Muito competentes e honestos. Também são bons administradores de imóveis. 3 apts em nosso prédio são alugados por eles. Os inquilinos são pessoas boas para o prédio. Não tenho o que reclamar deles.
