Atendente pediu código de máquina de lavar, fui ver, passei o código e perdi tempo, já que em seguida disse que o telefone (número), não era aquele (era apenas para vendas online), que embora estivessem no mesmo espaço físico eu teria que ligar para outro número, não podia transferir a ligação... o outro número não teve atendimento! Lixo dos lixos!
Bad phone service! Attendant asked for the washing machine code, I went to see it, I passed the code and lost time, since I then said that the phone (number) was not the one (it was only for online sales), that although they were in the same physical space I would have to call another number, could not transfer the call ... the other number was not answered! Garbage trash!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços altos... ainda fui enganada ao comprar uma lâmpada para fogão; Comprei 2 lâmpadas 25,00 cada (achei cara, mas comprei), não serviu... meu marido foi trocar pela correta e o rapaz trocou e disse que era o mesmo valor. Achei estranho e ao pesquisar os valores encontrei a mesma lâmpada por R$ 3,20. Liguei lá, passei o modelo da lâmpada E27 , a moça disse que custava 10,00. Expliquei o ocorrido e ao fundo uma voz de homem dizendo que era 25,00 cada. Bom.... paguei 50,00..."fui enganada" e assaltada na cara dura. Nunca mais compro lá. Fica o alerta!
