Alugaram sem relógio e por isso fiquei sem energia elétrica por 15 dias.
Falta de respeito com o consumidor

They do not inspect the apartments they rent.
They rented without a watch and so I was without electricity for 15 days.

NAO FAZEM VISTORIA NOS IMOVEIS ANTES DE ENTREGAR, E QUANDO VOCE QUER SAIR DO IMOVEL TE COBRAR CONSERTOS DE COISAS JA DANIFICADAS ANTES DA MUDANÇA.
NAO RESPONDEM AOS EMAILS. SAO INFLEXIVEIS E NAO TRATAM BEM OS CONSUMIDORES.
PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO.
PESSIMO SERVIÇO.
POOR REAL ESTATE. ATTENDANT NATALIA POORLY PREPARED.
THEY DO NOT INSPECT THE PROPERTY BEFORE DELIVERY, AND WHEN YOU WANT TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS OF THINGS ALREADY DAMAGED BEFORE THE MOVEMENT.
DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THEY ARE INFLEXIBLE AND DO NOT TREAT CONSUMERS WELL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. Em plena crise economica e sanitaria a imobiliaria so aluga se o locatario fizer um seguro fiança que mesmo parcelado o valor e muito alto. 6.000.00. Quem nesse pais tem isso? Lamentavel pois a residencia é maravilhosa. Fiquei decepcionada.
