Não fizeram questão de resolver a situação, simplesmente me deixaram esperando, alegando que precisava de autorização do plano, sendo que meu plano não precisa de autorização pra realizar hemograma . Saí de lá e fiz na mesma hora no Labs. Não indico a ninguém péssimo laboratório.
Terrible attendance. I stayed 50 minutes and was not answered. They did not make a point of resolving the situation, they simply kept me waiting, claiming that I needed authorization from the plan, and my plan does not need authorization to perform blood count. I left there and did it right away at Labs. I don't tell anybody a bad lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só elogios!!! Estive hj (30/12/20)no laboratório para realizar PCR- Covid e me surpreendi, VAZIO!!! Somente eu e mais uma para sermos atendidas. Local limpo e organizado. Funcionárias excelentes TODAS!!!! Só tenho a agradecer. Satisfeitíssima com o atendimento. Recomendo.
Only compliments !!! I was today (12/30/20) in the laboratory to perform PCR- Covid and I was surprised, EMPTY !!! Only me and one more to be served. Clean and organized place. Excellent staff ALL !!!! I can only thank you. Very satisfied with the service. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todas as funcionárias são muito educadas, o ambiente é muito agradável, mas o atendimento é muito lento. Muita demora pra cadastrar os exames no sistema. Talvez o problema seja o sistema do laboratório. Indico, mas vá sem pressa.
All employees are very polite, the atmosphere is very pleasant, but the service is very slow. It takes a long time to register the exams in the system. Perhaps the problem is the laboratory system. I recommend, but go without haste.
