★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro na mão do próprio dono, o início da negociação foi tranquilo, ele prometeu reparar os defeitos do carro antes de completar efetivamente a venda do veículo, sempre com conversa fiada que iria providenciar o concerto, efetivei o pagamento ele me assegurou que poderia ir buscar o carro que estava tudo ajeitado, chegando ao local o veículo estava do mesmo jeito, ele pediu que eu retornace em outro momento para ajeitar o carro, marquei o dia e fui, e ele sempre de conversa fiada!! Infelizmente a honestidade nele não há e nem na equipe que ele trabalha, atitudes como essa gera esse comentário e insatisfação no cliente, NÃO RECOMENDO!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contudo, conheço todos os profissionais dessa respeitável empresa e a idoneidade intacta do seu proprietário. Uma pessoa honesta e correta com caráter incontestável de profissionalismo e acima de tudo como ser humano.
Compro carro com ele há 5 anos, não só eu, mas tb todos os meus familiares e amigos, que indicam outros amigos aumentando cada vez mais esse rol de fidelidade.
Não vou ser hipócrita em afirmar que em nenhum desses carros não houve problema, lógico que sim, até pq não compramos carro zero Km, mas na ocorrência fomos prontamente atendidos e sanado o devido problema com muita presteza e eficiência que é o principal ícone dessa empresa.
Parabéns a toda equipe da Freitas Automóveis pelo excelente atendimento e carros usados com aspecto de zero Km.
Continuem assim, não vendendo só carros, mas realizando sonhos.

I bought a car with him for 5 years, not only me, but also all my family and friends, who indicate other friends, increasing this role of loyalty more and more.
I will not be hypocritical in stating that in any of these cars there was no problem, of course, until we did not buy zero km car, but in the event we were promptly attended to and resolved the due problem with great promptness and efficiency which is the main icon of this company .

É difícil entender, como num rool de 99,9% de bons comentários, aparece um único com críticas estranhas ao universo de todos os outros. No mínimo suspeito! Graçs a Deus, no mundo ainda são poucos os "seres humanos" que se propõe a isso; criticar, reclamar... esquecendo que diálogo e respeito são sinais de evolução e progresso.
