★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 04/03/2022 o técnico dessa empresa veio até a minha residência e levou a placa eletrônica da condensadora do ar condicionado. Após 15 dias tive que fazer contato com a empresa, pois não me deram nenhum parecer. Após o contato fui informado que a placa estava com um defeito intermitente e tinha que aguardar o parecer do técnico em eletrônica. Após uma semana depois de ter que fazer o contato novamente fui informado que a placa foi condenada pelo técnico e não havia reparo e nem outra igual ou similar no mercado. Então solicitei o retorno da placa. Hoje dia 08/04/2022, com mais de um mês tive que ligar novamente pra empresa pra solicitar mais uma vez que me trouxessem a placa supostamente avariada. Todos esses ocorridos me faz desconfiar da idoneidade dessa empresa.
On 03/04/2022 the technician from this company came to my residence and took the electronic board of the air conditioning condenser. After 15 days I had to make contact with the company, as they did not give me any opinion. After the contact I was informed that the board had an intermittent defect and I had to wait for the opinion of the electronics technician. After a week after having to make the contact again I was informed that the board was condemned by the technician and there was no repair or another one of the same or similar on the market. So I asked for the card to be returned. Today, 04/08/2022, after more than a month I had to call the company again to ask them to bring me the supposedly broken plate. All these events make me suspect the suitability of this company.
