Um vendedor me fez a venda, depois fiquei esperando 40 min sem ngm me dar uma satisfação e quando questionei me falaram que o sistema estava lento. Eu perguntei se ainda iria demorar muito, pois tinham pessoas esperando a mais de 1 hora e meia. O vendedor me respondeu: se não gostou não precisa comprar aqui. Depois disso, cancelei a compra e fui embora. Realmente é um despreparo pra atender os clientes que poucas vezes vi na minha vida.
 It was one of the worst experience I've ever had with customer service. A salesperson made the sale to me, then I waited 40 minutes without anyone giving me a satisfaction and when I questioned they told me that the system was slow. I asked if it would still take a long time, as there were people waiting for more than 1 hour and a half. The seller replied: if you don't like it, you don't need to buy it here. After that, I canceled the purchase and left. It really is a lack of preparation to serve customers that I have rarely seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frigelar vendeu ar-condicionado com defeito. Foi constatado que o produto estava com defeito de fábrica, mesmo assim a Frigelar não solucionou o problema e deixou o cliente na mão. Nem a Frigelar e nem a Samsung resolveram o problema. Cliente comprou, pagou e ficou com um ar-condicionado estragado!
Frigelar sold defective air conditioning. It was found that the product had a factory defect, even so Frigelar did not solve the problem and left the customer in the lurch. Neither Frigelar nor Samsung solved the problem. Customer bought, paid and got a broken air conditioner!
