The food was not hot and at a colder temperature when you finish the meal the food is already cold because it is not at the correct temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixo aqui minha avaliação à unidade de Americana. Fui comemorar meu aniversário de casamento e quase morri de intoxicação alimentar. De que adianta tanta variedade e quantidade de opções se não tem qualidade. Comecei com as saladas e a comida japonesa e depois comi os espetos de carns e nem consegui entrar nas pizzas, pois fui ao banheiro vomitar. Os sushis murchos, horríveis, sem gosto e não feitos, os peixes só podiam estar contaminados ou estragados,os espetos de carne cheios de muito tempero forte e crus, muito mal passados, devia ser carne passada, estragada, nunca que aquilo era espeto de picanha, alcatra, maminha, era todos cheios de gordura, e nervoso, impossível de comer, por isso enchem de tempero, para disfarçar, pois é carne de péssima qualidade. Nunca mais voltarei.... foi um pesadelo. Experimentei um dos caldos e deu náuseas na hora, gosto horrível. Só salvou os espetos de frutas, pois não tem como estar ruins.
I leave here my assessment of the Americana unit. Went to celebrate my wedding anniversary and nearly died of food poisoning. What good is so much variety and quantity of options if you don't have quality. I started with the salads and Japanese food and then I ate the meat skewers and I couldn't even get into the pizzas as I went to the bathroom to vomit. The shriveled, horrible, tasteless and uncooked sushi, the fish could only be contaminated or spoiled, the meat skewers filled with a lot of strong seasoning and raw, very undercooked, it must have been overcooked, spoiled meat, never that it was a skewer of meat. picanha, rump, titty, they were all full of fat, and nervous, impossible to eat, so they fill it with seasoning, to disguise, because it's meat of poor quality. I will never go back.... it was a nightmare. I tried one of the broths and it made me nauseous right away, it tasted awful. Only saved the fruit skewers, as they can't be bad.
