★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Solicitamos o conserto de uma geladeira e o defeito não foi reparado corretamente. Entramos em contato e o técnico regulou o termostato. O defeito ficou ainda pior, pois agora a geladeira não gela e o motor está esquentando. Tivemos que desligar a geladeira. Ligamos várias vezes e pedimos para consertarem, mas apenas agendavam um dia e não compareciam. A empresa agora não atende o telefone e nem indo lá resolvem. Acionaremos o PROCOM. Não recomendo essa empresa.
Terrible attendance. We requested the repair of a refrigerator and the defect was not repaired correctly. We got in touch and the technician adjusted the thermostat. The defect is even worse, because the refrigerator does not freeze and the engine is getting warmer. We had to turn off the refrigerator. We called several times and asked to be fixed, but they only booked one day and they did not show up. The company now does not answer the phone and do not even go there to solve it. We will activate PROCOM. I do not recommend this company.
