★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concluindo a avaliação. Como exposto, meu maior descontentamento foi com o cumprimento dos horários de previsão. O atendimento foi realizado no fim da tarde deste mesmo dia. O técnico que realizou o reparo, foi muito cordial e o preço ficou dentro da expectativa. Recebi o contato do pós venda com as devidas desculpas por atraso, fato que acredito sinceramente que deverá ser corrigido pela empresa. Enfim, dado os apontamentos, recomendo a Mak Peças para prestação de serviços e continuarei a procurá-los caso necessite de um novo serviço.
Completing the assessment. As stated, my biggest dissatisfaction was with the fulfillment of forecast times. The service was carried out in the late afternoon of the same day. The technician who performed the repair was very friendly and the price was within expectations. I received the post-sales contact with the appropriate apologies for the delay, a fact that I sincerely believe should be corrected by the company. Anyway, given the notes, I recommend Mak Peças to provide services and I will continue to look for them if I need a new service.

Nesta data, entrei em contato com a lojas no início da manhã, relatando um problema com meu refrigerador e solicitando a visita para ao reparo. Fui bem atendido pela responsável por agendamento das visitas técnicas, todas as questões funcionamento do atendimento técnico foram bem esclarecidas, como: não fazer orçamento por telefone sem a avaliação tecnica( A propósito, eu já conhecia o problema do meu refrigerador, um conhecido que trabalha na área já havia avaliado mas não tinha a peça para a troca no momento); a cobrança de visita técnica caso não fosse realizar o reparo. No entanto, concordei com os termos e solicitei a atendente que fizesse a marcação da visita para conserto do defeito.Feita a marcação, recebi já mensagem por wattsap confirmando a vista, que poderia ser realizada até às 13:00, porém até o momento o técnico não compareceu, não me ligaram desmarcando, contudo estou o dia todo aguardando uma visita, sem poder realizar outras atividades externas. Como dito anteriormente, mesmo achando desproporcional a cobrança de visita técnica, concordei por entender que hoje o custo de uma avaliação, logística de deslocamento e o tempo desprendido impactam muito nk orçamento das empresas. Por fi, façamos agora o exercício de tempo ao contrário

I was well assisted by the person responsible for scheduling the technical visits, all the technical service operation issues were well clarified, such as: not budgeting by phone without the technical evaluation (By the way, I already knew the problem with my refrigerator, an acquaintance who works in the area had already evaluated but did not have the part for exchange at the time); the charge for a technical visit if the repair was not to be carried out. However, I agreed to the terms and asked the attendant to schedule the visit to repair the defect. Once the appointment was made, I already received a message by wattsap confirming the view, which could be carried out until 1:00 pm, but so far the technician did not attend, they did not call me unmarking, however I am all day waiting for a visit, unable to carry out other external activities. As mentioned earlier, even though I found the charge for a technical visit disproportionate, I agreed because I understand that today the cost of an assessment, displacement logistics and the time freed up greatly impact the budget of companies. A autorizada me cobrou um absurdo pra fazer um serviço que não precisava, o técnico da Mak Peças veio em minha residência, me explicou o que poderia ser, me recomendou deixar a geladeira desligada por 24 horas com as portas abertas para que o gelo derretesse por completo e apenas com isso minha geladeira voltou a funcionar perfeitamente. Agradeço a transparência, recomendo demais.
Great place and good service. The authorized person charged me absurdly to do a job I didn't need, the Mak Peças technician came to my residence, explained what it could be, recommended that I leave the refrigerator off for 24 hours with the doors open so that the ice would melt for complete and only with that my refrigerator returned to work perfectly. I appreciate the transparency, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo você liga para procura uma peça o vendedor desligou na minha cara quando souber que era só uma , liguei mais umas 3x de novo e não atenderam mais . Favor donos dessa loja treinar seus vendedores para qualquer tipo de público , nunca mais passo nem perto dessa loja.
Total falta de respeito com cliente.
Terrible you call to look for a part the seller hung up on me when he found out it was just one, I called about 3 times again and they didn't answer anymore. Please the owners of this store train their salespeople for any type of audience, I will never go near this store again.
Total lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de agradecer o comprimento Suellen da Assistência técnica e do técnico Valdemir. Deixei uma cafeteira para conserto pois pensava que estava com problema no dia 05/02/22. Me ligaram três dias após para eu ir buscar e falaram que não tinha nada de defeito. Testamos o equipamento e deu tudo certo.
FICA AQUI MEUS SINCEROS AGRADECIMENTOS pelo profissionalismo, pois vemos hoje várias empresas de prestação de serviço "inventando" problemas onde não tem para aproveitar do cliente.
PARABENS mesmo e se eu já sou cliente e indico ainda mais.

I would like to thank Suellen from Technical Assistance and coach Valdemir for the length. I left a coffee maker for repair because I thought it had a problem on 02/05/22. They called me three days later for me to go get it and they said there was nothing wrong. We tested the equipment and it worked.
HERE IS MY SINCERE THANKS for your professionalism, because today we see several service providers "inventing" problems where they don't have to take advantage of the customer.
