★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Estabelecimento sem a menor consideração com o consumidor. Estava agendada uma visita técnica para o dia 06/04/2019 às 08:00. Não puderam vir, apenas ligaram no próprio sábado e remarcaram para o sábado seguinte, dia 13/04/19 no mesmo horário. Contudo, chegou o dia 13/04/19 e nada deles aparecerem... Meu esposo entrou em contato para saber se iriam, e eles disseram que não. Francamente, não deram nenhuma satisfação, sequer ligaram para avisar que não iriam. Não recomendo.
 Poor service. Establishment without regard to the consumer. A technical visit was scheduled for 04/04/2019 at 08:00. They could not come, they just called on Saturday and rebooked for the following Saturday, 04/13/19 at the same time. However, it came on 04/13/1919 and nothing of them appeared ... My husband contacted to see if they would go, and they said no. Frankly, they gave no satisfaction, they did not even call to tell them they would not. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. Nao recomendo a ninguem. Passei o dia todo esperando o atendimento e nada. Marcaram de manha nao vieram e nao deram satisfação, liguei reclamando remarcou p tarde, fiquei ate as 19h e nada, sequer uma ligação.
SEM RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR
Terrible attendance. I don't recommend it to anyone. I spent all day waiting for care and nothing. They scheduled in the morning did not come and did not give satisfaction, I called complaining rescheduled late, I stayed until 19h and nothing, even a call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marcamos limpeza e por 2x na hora que era p estar aqui foi dito que não poderia vir por ter servico do dia anterior pendente, poderia ter desmarcado no dia anterior, fazem vc esperar para somente na hora desmarcar…. Confianca nenhuma
We scheduled cleaning and for 2 times when it was time to be here, I was told that I couldn't come because the previous day's service was pending, I could have unchecked the day before, they make you wait to uncheck only at the time…. no trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei apavorada com o procedimento, a princípio seria a manutenção, aí eles tiraram o ar da parede e levaram pra loja pra fazer a manutenção/ limpeza, sabe- se Deus o que. Fiquei morrendo de medo trocarem as peças, se tivesse sido informada que seria assim não teria chamado eles. Reclamei com a atendente e com os técnicos. Dá medo de fazerem alguma sacanagem pq não tem como a gente ver. Espero que seja uma empresa seria de verdade e que eu não tenha nenhum eventual prejuízo.
I was terrified of the procedure, at first it would be maintenance, then they took the air off the wall and took it to the store to do maintenance/cleaning, God knows what. I was scared to death that they would change the pieces, if I had been informed that it would be like that I wouldn't have called them. I complained to the attendant and the technicians. It's scary to do something dirty because there's no way for us to see it. I hope it's a real company and I don't have any losses.
