Fiquei esperando até às 2:30 da manhã .
Liguei eles falando que já saiu e nada de chegar e nada de me liga
Infelizmente tive uma experiência horrível

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral, os lanches são ótimos e tem um custo benefício muito bom. Gosto das Onions Rings com molho barbecue, do Bauru Frogs e da Batata maluca. Muito bom! A perda da 5° estrela é pela Taça de sorvete, não curti. O ganache não ficou legal e o sorvete da taça Kinder achei meio sem gosto. Foram atenciosos e substituíram o ganache por creme Nutella. Mas acho que no geral a taça pode melhorar.
Overall, the snacks are great and cost-effective. I like Onions Rings with barbecue sauce, Bauru Frogs and Crazy Potato. Very good! The loss of the 5th star is for the Ice Cream Cup, I didn't like it. The ganache didn't look good and the ice cream from the Kinder cup I thought was a little tasteless. They were attentive and replaced the ganache with Nutella cream. But I think overall the cup can improve.

Além do atendente não saber me dizer os hambúrgueres que tinham no estabelecimento, simplesmente depois de mais de uma hora que fiz o pedido e ninguém me entregou, liguei pra loja e eles disseram que cancelaram meu pedido sem ao menos me avisar. O atendente simplesmente disse que foi cancelado e ficou repetindo a palavra é é é. Acho um absurdo um estabelecimento se manter sem um pingo de responsabilidade.
Não é a primeira vez que tenho problemas com esse restaurante.
Não indico pra ninguém.

In addition to the attendant not knowing how to tell me the hamburgers they had in the establishment, simply after more than an hour I placed the order and no one delivered it to me, I called the store and they said they canceled my order without even telling me. The attendant simply said it was canceled and kept repeating the word is is is. I find it absurd for an establishment to maintain itself without a shred of responsibility.
It's not the first time I've had problems with this restaurant.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muuuuuuuuuuito lento mesmo estando vazio. Os funcionários são enrolados e entregam o pedido incompleto mas na hora de pagar vem o valor cheio.
A caixa é mal educada e saiu batendo tudo após esperarmos uns 15 minutos pelo troco depois de pedirmos inúmeras vezes para as garçonetes!!
Se não pode haver um bom atendimento, é melhor fechar e procurar outro ramo que não lide com o público!!!
Service sooooo slow even though it is empty. Employees are wrapped up and deliver the incomplete order, but when it's time to pay, the full amount comes.
The cashier is rude and came out knocking everything after waiting about 15 minutes for change after asking the waitresses countless times!!
If there can't be a good service, it's better to close and look for another branch that doesn't deal with the public!!!

Eu pago um AÇAÍ de 500 ml (15,99) e me entregam num copo de 400 ml., peço a NOTA FISCAL e o caixa me entrega um cupon fiscal sem nenhuma identificação da fazenda. Ou seja, Crime contra a ordem tributária, ou seja sonegação de imposto, Ao reclamar nenhuma providência foi tomada. Cso não entrem em contato comigo, tomarei providencias. NAO ENTRO MAIS NESSA LOJA!!!
