★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço extremamente alto para entregar tão pouco.
Fui hoje com minha namorada, e pedi um Burger de costela e outro com blend envolvido no bacon, ambos tinham o mesmo gosto.
Na foto o de costela parecia que vinha com bastante pico de gallo, mas veio tão pouco que nem parecia que tinha.
E no atendimento foi muito desorganizado, antes de escolher o produto veio uma, quando escolhi veio outra, e quando tava pronto a cozinheira veio deixar o burger na mesa ??? (bem nada haver cozinheira vir na mesa servir o burger), e para servir as bebidas foi um custo, pois as atendentes ficaram ocupadas com os entregadores.
Como outros comentarios abaixo, existem opções que entregam bem mais por menos.
 Extremely high price for delivering so little.
Today I went with my girlfriend, and I ordered a rib burger and another one with a bacon-wrapped blend, both tasted the same.
In the photo the rib looked like it came with a lot of pico de gallo, but it came so little that it didn't even look like it had.
And the service was very disorganized, before choosing the product one came, when I chose another, and when it was ready the cook came to leave the burger on the table ??? (well, there was no cook coming to the table to serve the burger), and serving the drinks was a cost, as the attendants were busy with the delivery guys.
Like other comments below, there are options that deliver much more for less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Fiz um pedido, mandaram faltando, tentei inúmeras vezes entrar em contato e não atendem o telefone. Tive de ir ao local pedir para refazerem o pedido e enquanto esperei, o telefone do restaurante tocou várias vezes para ninguém atender!
Very bad service. I made an order, they sent it missing, I tried countless times to get in touch and they don't answer the phone. I had to go to the place to ask for the order to be reordered and while I waited, the restaurant phone rang several times for no one to answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei esperando 2h pela entrega, entrei em contato o estabelecimento, me informaram que o entregador estava atrasado devido a chuva, esperei mais 30 min, liguei novamente e disseram que o entregador pessoal deles, tinha deixado o lanche na portaria, mesmo o endereço sendo dentro do condomínio. Fui na portaria as 2h da manhã na chuva para pegar, e o lanche não estava lá. Liguei novamente para o estabelecimento e não sabiam me informar. Fiquei até às 2h acordada esperando o lanche que já estava pago, com fome, e impossibilitada de fazer um pedido em outro estabelecimento, devido ao horário. TOTAL FALTA DE COMPROMISSO DO LOCAL, POIS EM NENHUM MOMENTO RECEBI NENHUM AVISO.
I was waiting 2 hours for delivery, I contacted the establishment, they informed me that the delivery person was late due to rain, I waited another 30 minutes, I called again and they said that their personal delivery person had left his lunch at the reception, even though the address was inside of the condominium. I went to the reception at 2 am in the rain to get it, and the snack was not there. I called the establishment again and they did not know to inform me. I stayed awake until 2 am waiting for the snack that was already paid for, hungry, and unable to place an order at another establishment, due to the schedule. TOTAL LACK OF COMMITMENT FROM THE SITE, BECAUSE AT ANY TIME I RECEIVED ANY NOTICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, 29/01/2022, eu e minha esposa fizemos um pedido de: 02 combos de hambúrguer de costela angus e um americano. Ocorre que um dos hambúrgueres de costela, que oferece 180g não estava de acordo. A carne de um dos sanduiches era a metade do tamanho do outro. Fiz a compra pelo i food, relatei o ocorrido pelo chat do aplicativo e houve um descaso total em relação a minha reclamação. Estou até agora aguardando um retorno. Primeira e última compra.
Yesterday, 01/29/2022, my wife and I placed an order for: 02 angus rib burger combos and an American. It so happens that one of the rib burgers, which offers 180g, did not agree. The meat of one of the sandwiches was half the size of the other. I made the purchase through i food, reported what happened through the app chat and there was a total disregard for my complaint. I'm still waiting for a response. First and last purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O restaurante atendia muito bem. De uns tempos pra cá vira e mexe diz que não vai entregar aqui porque é área de risco. Queria que eu andasse mais ou menos 150 metros para encontrar com ele. Já que ele vem ali porque não vem aqui se não tem nada e está tão perto.
Enfim, quase duas horas para entregar. O pedido chegou frio e amassado.
Uma falta de respeito. Me sinto lesada.
The restaurant served very well. From time to time, he turns and moves and says he won't deliver here because it's a risk area. He wanted me to walk about 150 meters to meet him. Since he comes there because he doesn't come here if he has nothing and is so close.
Anyway, almost two hours to deliver. The order arrived cold and crumpled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem pedi um lanche, veio o pedido trocado. Reclamei no ifood pelo chat, disseram que o meu lanche foi para outro cliente e que o motoboy estaria destroçando. Lanche vindo de outro cliente foi aberto e mexido, reclamei q eu queria um lanche novo e fizeeam pouco caso. Pedi para cancelar e me devolverem o dinheiro, me pefiram fotos pelo whatsapp. Cancelaram e mandaram buscar o lanche errado. Resumindo, total descaso com o cliente, n atendem telefone, não se importam, não pedem desculpas. Não indico essa loja de Nova Iguaçu pra ninguém. As franquias de outras cidades trabalham com qualidade, mas essa ai, nunca mais compro nada !!!! Nota Zero!!!

Pedi um trio e recebi sem a bebida, me recusei a pagar mesmo com desconto do valor mas o motoboy insistiu bastante, dizendo que o produto chegaria, com certeza. Fiz o pagamento com um desconto (que descobri depois ser menor que o valor do produto fora do trio) e, 40 minutos depois, mandei mensagem no WhatsApp. Me foi respondido que eu não receberia o produto já que eu não havia pagado por ele, mesmo tendo feito o pagamento anterior na entrega. Tentei uma solução amistosa mas apenas quando ameacei CHAMAR A POLÍCIA o gerente da loja me ligou, reconheceu que havia um erro no processo e enviou a bebida, cobrando exatamente o valor descontado na primeira entrega.
Em 40 minutos decidiram não me entregar e não me avisaram que haviam cancelado minha entrega. 3 minutos após avisar que chamaria a polícia, recebi a ligação do gerente para solucionar o caso.
Não confiem nesse estabelecimento e, se passarem por algo assim, façam valer seus direitos, especialmente quando essa postura estiver clara como nesse caso.
I had the most unpleasant experience with delivery at this unit.
I asked for a trio and received it without the drink, I refused to pay even with a discount, but the motoboy insisted a lot, saying that the product would arrive, for sure. I made the payment with a discount (which I later discovered to be less than the value of the product outside the trio) and, 40 minutes later, I sent a message on WhatsApp. I was told that I would not receive the product as I had not paid for it, even though I had made the previous payment upon delivery. I tried a friendly solution but only when I threatened to CALL THE POLICE did the store manager call me, recognize that there was an error in the process and send the drink, charging exactly the amount discounted on the first delivery.
In 40 minutes they decided not to deliver me and did not tell me that they had canceled my delivery. 3 minutes after announcing that I would call the police, I received a call from the manager to solve the case.
Do not trust this establishment and, if you go through something like this, assert your rights, especially when this stance is clear as in this case.
