Todos os envolvidos em nome da Prieto sempre muito atenciosos e cordiais. Se eu tivesse que recomendá-los e dar uma nota de 1 a 10 com certeza daria 11, fizeram muito mais do que eu esperava.
Fora que o material é de excelente qualidade, os produtos são muito bem acabados, vale o valor pago!
Investimento bem aplicado. Se precisar fazer mais móveis já sei onde fazer: Prieto, com certeza.

Já tinha feito móveis com outra loja de planejamentos que tinha tinha deixado muito a desejar na montagem. Já no caso da Prieto Móveis esse trauma foi superado, excelente montagem. Montadores muito prestativos tendo o cuidado nos mínimos detalhes, recomendo e muito a prieto Móveis, estão de parabéns!??

Empresa séria e responsável, entrega dentro do prazo, os móveis e medidas foram entregues da forma correta. Os móveis deixou meu apartamento super lindo.
Prieto Móveis is incredible, from the first contact with the salesperson Paula to the assembly of the furniture. The entire team is super attentive and dedicated to making the customer satisfied and happy. Serious and responsible company, delivery on time, furniture and measurements were delivered correctly. The furniture made my apartment super beautiful.

Quando iniciei minha pesquisa de orçamento de planejados fui em uma loja da Prieto e confesso que sai extremamente decepcionada com o atendimento, apesar do ótimo preço, todo aquele carisma passado no Instagram foi pro chão. Mais meu marido insistiu para tentar novamente, ir em outra loja, vai que o atendimento fosse melhor, e assim eu fiz. Fui na loja da Vl dos Remédios, confesso que um pouco "armada" pelo péssimo atendimento anterior, mais chegando lá fui muito bem recepcionada pelo Habidu, que fez questão de projetar como estava desenhando a ideia do meu planejado, mostrou sem o mínimo de preguiça todas as qualidades de um planejado da Prieto, andou comigo pela loja mostrando os detalhes, mostrando os diferenciais, me questionada referente as minhas ideias e mostrava um outro ponto (para melhoria), enfim, toda aquela péssima primeira impressão foi sendo esquecida conforme andar da conversa e desejo do projeto. Até que de repente surge ao meu lado a Priscila, sim ela, aquela moça que grava os vídeos e só de assistir te faz querer fazer tudo com a Prieto, aquela que me fez apaixonar por uma cozinha na cor cinza Asti, extremamente simpática. Não pensamos duas vezes, eu e meu marido fechamos com a Prieto, e desde então a atenção de cada profissional foi excelente: Priscila, Habidu, Giovani, Daniel, Maria, Suzi, a pessoa que veio fazer as medidas (não lembro o nome, me perdoa) e o montador. Todos vcs fizeram a diferença!
Se eu recomendo a Prieto? Sim, de olhos fechados (mais a loja da Vl dos Remedios).
Meus planejados ficaram lindos, do jeito que imaginamos e na cor que foi paixão a primeira vista do vídeo no YouTube.

I went to the Vl dos Remédios store, I confess that I was a little "armed" by the bad service, but when I got there I was very well received by Habidu, who made a point of designing how he was drawing the idea of mine, showed it without the least bit of laziness all the qualities of a Prieto plan, walked with me around the store showing the details, showing the differentials, asked me about my ideas and showed another point (for improvement), in short, all that bad first impression was being forgotten as I walked through the store. conversation and project desire. Until suddenly Priscila appears next to me, yes she, that girl who records the videos and just watching makes you want to do everything with Prieto, the one who made me fall in love with a kitchen in gray Asti, extremely friendly. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o início obtvemos uma experiência muito boa em relação a Prieto móveis, tudo começou com uma ligação aonde por telefone fomos bem atendidos e convidados a ir até a loja em Osasco para fazer uma visita, chegamos lá no final da tarde e começamos a conversar com a Luciene, percebemos que já havia encerrado o horário de atendimento e ela não havia se importado com isso ( uma coisa simples, porém acredito que se fosse em outra loja ouviriamos " estamos fechando podemos marcar outro dia?") Mais não foi assim, orçamos e não fechamos no mesmo dia, e com toda a paciência a Luciene disse que tudo bem, durante a semana nos encontramos novamente para definir e acertar os detalhes e chegamos em um acordo.
Da parte da loja como em contrato, foi cumprido as datas a risca, os montadores Emerson e Daniel excelentes profissionais que tiveram todo o cuidado na montagem de tudo, sempre com muita atenção o Janderson nós atendeu muito bem e muito disposto a resolver os detalhes do projeto!
Eu e minha esposa estamos totalmente satisfeitos com o resultado e com a experiência. ( Escutamos de muitos conhecidos e amigos que lidar com loja de móveis e marcenaria eram uma das piores experiências que eles já haviam passado), Graças a Deus não passamos por isso e só temos a agradecer toda a equipe da Prieto Móveis pela dedicação e atenção ao cliente, com pós venda que não imaginávamos que iríamos ter!

But it wasn't like that, we budgeted and we didn't close on the same day, and with all the patience Luciene said that's ok, during the week we met again to define and settle the details and we reached an agreement.
On the part of the store, as in the contract, the dates were fulfilled to the letter, the assemblers Emerson and Daniel were excellent professionals who were very careful in the assembly of everything, always with great attention Janderson served us very well and very willing to solve the details of the project!
My wife and I are completely satisfied with the result and the experience. (We heard from many acquaintances and friends that dealing with a furniture store and woodworking was one of the worst experiences they had ever had), Thank God we didn't go through that and we just have to thank the entire Prieto Móveis team for their dedication and attention to customer, with after-sales service that we never imagined we would have!

Tivemos alguns obstáculos e imprevistos durante a montagem e um dos proprietários da Loja o Sr Janderson assumiu a responsabilidade, sendo homem com H maiusculo e tomou todas as providências cabiveis para resolver os problemas e mostrando que a Prieto moveis é uma empresa séria e honesta que se coloca no lugar dos seus clientes e isso é raro nos dias de hoje.
Qualidade dos móveis: Perfeito
Futuramente farei a minha cozinha com a Prieto Moveis que é uma empresa que presta um excelente atendimento, fazem móveis de qualidade e principal: TODOS OS COLABORADORES fazem os seu trabalho com muito amor e carinho. PARABÉNS!!!!!
