★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um serviço particular de funilaria e pintura na Frontier Alameda (parachoques dianteiro e traseiro, paralama direito dianteiro, parte lateral / traseira do carro). Peguei indicação com a seguradora. Um excelente trabalho! Acertaram perfeitamente a cor azul perolizada do meu carro, pois o laboratório é na própria oficina. Há estufa, o que possibilitou a realização do serviço em tempo chuvoso. Havia feito orçamento em mais outras três oficinas, sendo uma de concessionária e outras duas indicadas pela seguradora. Porém, ao orçar, o funcionário da Frontier foi mais observador: reparou que havia necessidade de serviço de lanternagem no paralama, que nem eu nem outras empresas haviam notado. O serviço também saiu mais em conta, comparado aos demais, sem qualquer comprometimento da qualidade. Que continuem trabalhando com esse profissionalismo!
 I did a private service of tinkering and painting on Frontier Alameda (front and rear bumper, front right bumper, side / rear of the car). I caught statement with the insurer. I had done the budget in three other workshops, one dealership and two appointed by the insurer. But the Frontier clerk was more observant as he budged: he noticed that there was a need for a lantern service in the parachute, which neither I nor other companies had noticed. The service also left more affordable compared to the other without any compromise of quality. To continue working with such professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do que fizeram com o meu carro. Pintura com cores diferentes, colocam um reboque fora do padrão totalmente diferente do que tinha antes e o cano de descarga ficou com a ponteira por dentro do parachoque. Serviço de péssima qualidade.
I didn't like what they did to my car. Paint in different colors, put a completely different non-standard trailer than it had before and the tailpipe was with the tip inside the bumper. Poor quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pena que não existe a opção de dar zero estrela. Como já relatado por outras pessoas, o primeiro atendimento é ótimo mas depois começa o inferno. O serviço de péssima qualidade, completamente amador. Ficou três meses nessa oficina. Saiu com as portas todas desalinhadas, as borrachas da porta pintadas, vidro soltando por debaixo do painel. E não adianta reclamar. no final peguei o meu carro do jeito que estava e solicitei a segurada que colocasse em outra oficina. Questionei várias vezes a segurada pra desabilitar essa oficina.
Too bad there is no option to give zero star. As already reported by other people, the first service is great but then hell begins. The poor quality service, completely amateur. He spent three months in that workshop. He left with the doors all misaligned, the door rubbers painted, glass dropping under the panel. And there is no use complaining. in the end I took my car the way it was and asked the policyholder to put it in another workshop. I asked the policyholder several times to disable this workshop.
